First, you completely ignore the rest of the evidence.

Second, when another source says that the chief wanted to target innocents to pin crimes on them, that does not in any way contradict that he wanted to pin crimes on young black men.

Now, if the other source said that the chief wanted to pin the crimes on asian women, then yeah you have a contradiction. Because an asian woman and a black men are mutually exclusive.

But "innocents" and "young black men" are not mutually exclusive. There are people who belong in both groups.
