Only difference is that Japan has retained a warrior elite class for like 900 years whereas China largely gave it up after Qin unification. People on this board only think Japan > China because they believe in the romanticized Japan. Samurai warrior code? Bull-fucking-shit--just like chivalry. Ninjas? Extremely mythified. Zen Buddhism? Came from China (which ultimately originates from S. Asia). Japanese writing system? Originates from China. The Japanese imperial system came from China. A lot of philosophical ideas also have its root from China. The first Japanese sword designs came from China. A lot of the martial arts come from China via the Okinawans. Tobias was completely terrible, Buster was disappointing. Way too many unfunny jokes, and too much of the season relied on events happened in season 4 which itself was decent at best. Idk, but season 5 wasn't even 1/10th as innovative, funny, smart or as well edited as the first 3.
