woke up, and seconds later i seemed to have shit my self, my pants. and it went down my leg. this isn't a great morning to start off with especially since my back is beginning to feel slightly better.

currently need to get some clothes in the washer and take a shower because the smell isn't going to go away.

made it back with the food. pain is annoying at best. if i bend or stand too long is when the pain hits maybe a 5 then sitting kinda stops it.

last time the insurance covered it, haven't seen a bill from the hospital think there's a co-pay for some services.

though on the silver lining, that walk i went to/from wasn't bad. felt somewhat normal.

i prefer english bulldogs myself. though they require more care (mainly to keep skin folds clean).
total couch potatoes for the most part.

for the record i own a mixed breed pit/plott. she is somewhat of a couch potato though she is a huge dog.
