I just got a PS4 in the beginning of 2017, I doubt I'll be upgrading anytime soon. I used to have to get every console at launch or as close to it as possible, but the older I get, the less I care to do so.

Well, they also didnt used to release the bigger hard drive edition and then a cooler paint job edition with BC removed because fuck you edition and then a slim version with even bigger hard drive herp derp edition and then finally a upgraded hardware 2 years out from next generation ripoff edition...you used to get a slim model when the next generation started, and the silicon shrunk significantly so the old gen could be small as fuck.

So yeah, considering we used to buy legitimately one console for a 7 year stretch, its not surprising you wouldnt feel like upgrading. This current gen has got so many terrible business models and business practices its fucking insane, and people eat them up, so they will continue to make the industry worse and worse, until it literally Implodes on itself from all the complete bullshit.

This industry is the most popular its ever been, but also is in the worst condition its ever been in. Imagine what it would be like with the developers and quality from the ps2/ogxbox era from over 15 years ago, with the technology we have now.

We would get quality consoles, quality games, and quality business practices that made people feel confident and happy when they bought a system, as opposed to insecure and anxious,

Sorry for the successive posts...

Twice in the past 30 days i was pulled over for doing nothing. Once on a saturday night after going to pickup cigarettes for the next day at 2:00 in the morning. Stopped by a Sheriff (as opposed to the local police, who know me and my family fairly well, because the area i live in has its own little police department that patrols like a 5 square mile area) for what was said to be ''swerving''. I didnt argue with the officer, i just cooperated, told him where i was going, and coming from...even had a candy bar and cigarettes to prove it, and was dressed in my ''jammies'' as well. He runs my ID, and a second patrol car shows up. Comes back and asks me to get out of the car. I sat and thought for a second, and said fuck it...im not going to flex my rights just yet, lets see where hes going with this. He asks me to perform a sobriety test, and i ask if i can just take the breathalyzer on the spot to get it over with, to which he responds with some bullshit reason that makes no sense as to why i cant, and have to do the test first. So i perform the pen test, pass, he says i have to do another, do that one pass, and he asks me to stand and balance, pass, then asks me to walk a straight line, i do that and pass. Then he has me sit back down in my car. 20 minutes later he comes back and gives me my ID, says im ok to drive and i leave. This was literally in my neighborhood, down the street from my house.

Second time i made a left hand turn when a light turned yellow, and an oncoming car that was speeding came somewhat close to clipping me passing through the intersection (as he sped up as soon as the light turned yellow) who was speeding. A Sheriff saw this, and pulled me over. Said taking that turn was dangerous. I made the point that the car was speeding, and he gets shitty with me telling me not to tell him how to do his job. I apologize, and explain that its 5:15pm and i need to get back home to take my daughter to dance--i need to leave by 5:30. At this point hes already in dick head mode, and comes back to the car and asks to take a look around the car. I tell him i dont have time for this, and say no, and mention this isnt even my car, its my mother in laws, so i cant personally give permission to search the vehicle anyways (hers was parked behind mine in the driveway), he says ''this can all be over quickly, or i can call the K-9 unit, and then we're talking about this taking another hour or so...At this point i decided i was going to be as big of a dick as i could, because there wasnt anything he could ticket me for yet (besides MAYBE wreckless operation--but he wouldnt try that over a left hand turn when the car was speeding) and he wasnt going to let me go. So, i tell him theres nothing in the car, and that hes going to feel stupid when he goes through all this and finds nothing, not to mention forcibly making me miss my daughters dance class. I tell him to ''do what you gotta do, im gonna do the same''. So, he calls the k-9 unit, and 40 minutes later, a unit shows up--another sheriff. I roll up my windows, the dog goes around the car--no bullshit, about 15 times, not picking up anything--and then the cop comes up to my window and says the dog didnt pick up on anything. I tell him yeah, i told you that was going to happen...i wasnt lying to you about there being nothing in the car. He lets me go with a warning.

Both of these could have gone completely different, had i refused to get out of the car the first time (because i had no reason to, the officer didnt smell alcohol, my eyes werent red, or pupils dialated) and while the second one wasnt too big of a deal, i missed my daughters dance class because of this fucking prick. He literally decided to fuck with me because i said i was in a hurry, and then try and pressure me to let him search it by stating i would miss my daughters dance class otherwise.

Cops are fuckin dick heads to people that do nothing wrong.

When I checked last, nvidia had their 1080TI listed at 799.99 or whatever, but you couldnt order one, and this was like a few weeks ago.

Nvidia will just release the price theyre selling it for, and say their not responsible for vendors taking advantage of the crypto craze, as well as people reselling the new cards for profit.

Just to say-so up front, she is fully grown, shes gonna be 8 years old this year. Shes only about 2.5 feet long including her tail, and probably weighs like 10-12 pounds.

The guy attempts to put his life back on track, and has to start a new job, at the bottom of the food chain, at a place where he ultimately will never be able to work his way back up to the position he had at his old job, making significantly less than he was before. This, and the debt he incurred along with defaulting on his mortgage, forcing them to live in a shithole apartment, stresses the marriage, and just 1 year after this was all over, his wife seperates from him, and takes his son and daughter out of state, a year later divorces him, and he now currently works at Home Depot, mixing and selling paint all day. He was told though, that after 5 years of hard work, he could be department lead, and get a $1/hr pay increase, so I guess there is a silver lining in all of this,

Other than medical reasons (hygiene) is there another reason men are to be circumcised at birth?

I kinda find it hard to believe that something as simple as pulling the skin back to wash the head of your penis, and underside of your foreskin would be viewed as medically dangerous (potentially).

Like, is there some cultural conspiracy surrounding it? I only ask this, because typically when it comes to medical procedures, theyre typically only ever done when its going to benefit the insurance/medical/pharmaceutical industries at some point down the line...or, at least thats typically how the conspiracies go.

If youve got thousands of dollars invested into this hobby, youll be shit out of luck, unless the city or state this happens in decides to not be complete pieces of shit about it (if theyre pieces of shit and pass the law that is).

Bump stocks banned, and requested to have them turned in. One guy apparently spent $250 on hiswhich is on the lower end of the spectrum cost wise for a pistol.

The punishment is pretty damn steep too, this is taken from the article:

Id even say that the police could probably get a warrant to search your house if you were on the list and did not comply (for firearms, not the bump-stocks). Nowadays Im sure most judges would grant the warrant.

Look, my thing with this, is that if by some disgusting alt-left miracle, guns throughout the states end up being banned, the CIA will just start running guns into the country like they do with drugs.

Then, youll have people going to the black market for firearms, and since the criminal organizations will have complete control over the gun market, they could literally NOT sell a single semi-auto weapon at all, and just force anyone trying to obtain a firearm to get a fully automatic. Considering these guns wouldnt be regulated in anyway shape or form by laws, chances are the guns would most likely be fully automatic that people would have access to, especially if they are being brought in from third world militarized countries.

And people trying to buy a gun arent going to say no just because its automatic. Auto/semi-auto, whats it matter? Theyre all felonies now.

This is of course a hypothetical, but if people cant see the possible problems something like this can cause (whether its this scenario or one way worse, or not as baditd still be pretty bad) then they have no business speaking on the issue, because those exact people who have no business speaking on the issue, are the vocal minority, who end up helping mainstream media push this bullshit anti-gun agenda.

Of course I think there need to be more restrictions, and mental health issues have contributed to mass shootings as far back as 30+ years ago, and the families didnt go after the NRAthey went after big pharma who had people losing their minds due to the combinations of drugs and effects of said drugs, and the effects it had on these past shooters...and guess what? Those families WON.

I only bring this up because whether or not there is evidence to the contrary, multiple students claimed there was more than one shooter...

But, we better confirm where the old rent-a-cop was during the shooting, and not get timestamped still frames of the ACTUAL shooter entering/exiting the building or anything.

I mean, also, they could easily figure out if there was more than one going off testimony, path of destruction, bullet holes in the surroundings, and then checking those things against the path he was shown to take on the recorded footage.

I dont own any guns, but would definitely like to get a nice pistol to go shooting with, but other than that, I get the controversy behind all this stuff. However, its painfully evident that the common man doesnt understand a damn thing about guns if this is the bill theyre proposing.

These are the same people that think Assault Rifle = standard rifle, as well as the AR in AR-15 standing for Assault Rifle.
