Then don't go to the gym. Get a resistance band and start working out with it at your place. Go for a lot of walks. And THEN go to the gym, once you've lost a little weight and look like you actually are motivated.

I speak from experience that walking a lot, getting out more, and doing active things away from your bedroom help resolve depressive symptoms. Even if it's an hour a day, it's something. Gotta start somewhere, right?

This is all good advice.

I also recommend doing instructed workouts at home like DDP Yoga or Beachbody. DDP Yoga in particular does miracles and is really good for beginners. But working out absolutely helps a lot.

I would be 100% fine with them looking distinct. But couldn't they at least make them appealing to look at? Like imagine if they had those distinct appearances in any previous style of TMNT cartoons. It would look fine. But these just look absolutely ugly and I'd be willing to give it a chance if they looked decent, but I don't think I can watch an entire episode with how it looks.

I have a podcast that typically chastises people for hating on new stuff made from our childhood and they claim it's fine because it's different, but man. This is ugly. Like, I can deal with it just not being my type of show, and maybe them going out of their way to try something new but... This is just ugly. And I feel like I can absolutely say that now.

I can deal with Teen Titans Go. It is at least wholly original and has a ton of charm to it even if it isn't like I loved it. But at least it actually looks good.

But I dont have a lot of Joe experience and Im not super versed in what arm positions around the neck constitute what hold, so while it very much looks like a genuine sleeper to me Im not sure if he places his ring fingers together at the back of the neck and that makes it a Saskatchewan Straightjacket and Im an idiot casual.

Well, it's more that Joe grabs you in a sleeper, takes you down, then wraps his legs around you so you have a giant ass Samoan monster attached to your back trying to choke you out and you can't even move to escape at all. It's definitely a sleeper but it's the legs around the waist that really makes it different.

I've been in a similar situation before, but above all else, all you can do for her is encourage her to go seek therapy or get a diagnosis. It sucks, but just being there for her will not help in the long run, especially if she shows no signs of improvement. I know it hurts, and you don't want to see anything happen to her, but you can't force her to get help or get better. All you can do is try to convince her to find help. If she refuses help, then the best thing for you is probably to distance yourself. You need to think about yourself, especially if the situation seems hopeless. It isn't selfish to value yourself and your future if nothing will ever change.

I do remember that drama with trying to sell games. I remember a few people tried to do it with similar results. I didn't pay too much attention to them because I had no interest in buying, but I always remembered the insane drama around them. Never understood the issue of just trying to sell some stuff here.

Watching Daniel Bryan makes me so happy because he's the most genuine baby face there is. Like fuck these edgy cool guys and the jokesters. I'll take a Daniel Bryan, who is just a good guy who genuinely wants to just prove himself and give back to the fans. We could use more of that sort of baby face. I had hoped Sami would be the next baby face like that before they screwed him up but... Man. Daniel Bryan is just the best.

I will say that the people disappointed in the Final Deletion also need to realize that they need to somehow introduce this zany bullshit to a much wider audience and they can't just go full hog like they did with the other Hardy Compound matches. I think the success of this one means they can push it further now.

I stopped for a while at the point in the subway where Ellie is running around on like she's hyped up on cocaine while you had to sneak past clickers. It kind of took me out of the game a lot. But it was mostly because I wasn't having a ton of fun with it and always found the sneaking stuff to be pretty mediocre. But when I went back to it and I failed at the sneaking scenes a few times, I just straight up looked it up on YouTube to see what to do. Like the generator part. I didn't feel like it was satisfying or rewarding to figure it out on my own.

My hot predix.

This movie will end up with Captain Marvel and SWORD saving the day and fighting back Thanos since they keep pushing her as the strongest hero in the MCU who was around before the MCU officially started. She has been keeping any alien threats (like the Skrull and Kree) from messing with Earth. This doesn't include the Chitauri because they came in through a portal rather than from space. So when Thanos comes knocking, they suit up and go for an all out attack on him and manage to fight him back with Captain Marvel looking super strong for everyone to get excited for her movie.

And really, the only villains they can do after this for Avengers are probably Kang the Conqueror, Skrull, or Masters of Evil. Skrull would be a fun concept and movie. I'm quite partial to the Masters of Evil since Zemo is great and still around. But most of that is just me hoping for a Thunderbolts movie after Avengers 4.

Finished Channel Zero: Butcher's Block. This was definitely the best of the three series so far. It didn't have any of the drop off that the series usually have in the last couple episodes. This one had a lot of really good things going for it thematically and it all just worked to a pretty satisfying conclusion. As far as endings go, I think that Candle Cove may have the best one still, but I think there were a couple things about it towards the end that made it less good.

Looking forward to next season though, hopefully! Any word on if we get a new season?
