Most people always seem to like their neighbors. Either that, or you don't notice them. You usually only dislike them if they're causing trouble like the ones above. Most neighbors I've had in my life are close family friends for the most part. Or we're at least very close friends to a degree. I think it could really depend on the community and stuff, though. But I think I might have to say that someone who has it as a first language would be better. Especially if they have had to learn a second language, like Mario_VS_DK said. As you said, they would still know all the rules. And it's better if they also speak the language of the people they are teaching. That does suck since Nintendo had been doing well with one console backwards compatible for years now(home concole and portable). Wish they could've found a way for this one, too. But then they wouldn't be able to sell as many remakes... I actually like Nintendo's gimmicks. It can make a lot of games pretty fun. And this gimmick wasn't bad at all. I love having maps on games. And this made it easier to have one(a full map) without having to paused, which was great.
