I like to get the Safeway Refreshes for carbonated water. Really good and doesn?t really have many additives, along with normally being like 70 cents for a liter.

I like the carbonation, so I drink it straight as a replacement for soda. I stick with the flavored varieties typically, but there's nothing wrong with unflavored.

I used to use a traditional drip pot, but I've found that I may don't drink enough coffee and I can never finish a pot. So I got a secondhand Keurig and use refillable cups, it works great. Plus we have a fancy coffee machine at work that grinds its own beans and everything

In the end, it was the job that killed him. This was back in the 50s when microwave communication was being developed, but the hazardous health effects weren't fully understood. Basically, they were microwaving him. He developed an extremely aggressive form of brain cancer and died a little after a year that he was diagnosed.

Well, she wasn't old enough to hear some of his stories, and he may not have told her all the good stuff anyway. But she did tell me about the time he was in Korea when the Korean War broke out, and he had to get out of dodge. He took a skiff and navigated his way through North Korea and then into China. My mom described him as "having a knack for disappearing"; keep in mind that he was 6'2" with red hair, so that's impressive.

Uh, that wasn't his department. He was mostly over in Russia and Korea. And no, but he had some really cool spy gadgets. My mom took me to the Spy Museum in DC and pointed out all the things he would have used.

Lol, he wasn't a James Bond type. He started out as a radio operator for the OSS after the war, then moved into communications and surveillance. He was the guy you called to sneak into a building and plant listening devices.

I don't know too much about his exploits, because he died when my mom was a teenager and he wasn't allowed to tell her until she was 12. But I've heard a couple of stories. I wish I had met him.

Lol, we talked about it but her place was full of relatives and my place is currently a mess since I'm moving. No biggie

Just dropped her off. Had dinner, went to a bar after for a couple drinks and talked all night. Kissed and snuggled a bit in the car before she went inside.
