Why not just make the bathrooms genderless like they have at most public places already anyway. Make the stalls an inch and a half longer, remove urinals. Done.

Actually, remove floor-wall gap and wall-ceiling gap. Put in a real door. You don't need to be with your stuff out outside the stall, so sinks, hand driers and mirrors can be in the common area.
