It looks like they have been doing pretty well too though.

Until I get a better definition of gender, no.

A woman has no Y chromosome and won't develop male reproductive organs or other masculine traits. They will naturally carry eggs and be able to carry a baby unless a medical condition stops that. (I don't consider possessing a Y chromosome a medical condition.)

And personally, I'm still really confused why the debate is a thing. What would make you think you are a woman outside of what your body shows? I thought being a man or woman is a purely physical thing.

The idea of feeling like woman or man doesn't make sense to me.

I don't see how that's relevant. I'd rather be able to play whomever I damn well please and have them face off against whomever I damn well please. It's the perfect DBZ simulator

Because clones don't really add anything to the game from a gameplay point of view. They play as the same character but just have a different paintjob.
