It still baffles me that these seasons are 22+ episodes long. The filler is painfully obvious. Im four episodes from the finale and theyre dealing with Diggles marital problems and Oliver is stuck in a basement.

Okay, I didnt know that part. I just knew it was either Chase or Felicitys boyfriend because theyre the only new prominant characters this season, and Arrow had the same type of ruse in season 1. Hell, Merlyn and Prometheus have almost identical outfits.

I do like that the villain this season is just a psychopathic serial killer. Its a nice change of pace from the magical garbage that bogged down the past couple seasons.

That Prometheus reveal was so lame. The entire season I was like, "It's obviously that guy... but wait, that's too obvious. They could do something clever..." and then he just takes off his hood to make a phone call and that's the big reveal. And the way Oliver finds out is equally bad. Talia just tell him. No mystery, no intrigue, just... it's Adrian Chase.

Even then, he's the best villain since Slade.

It's pretty cool. The villain is poorly handled, but beyond that, it's a really well made horror flick.

They had great casting for the villain, though. That guy's eyes are nightmare fuel.
