That's where I draw the line. If was drugged out, then find out who gave him the drugs but don't tackle a potential victim

And he did talk to the kid. He started to ask the kid questions to determine what his deal was but because of the kids unknown condition he made choices that generally police don't allow.

The cop began with what's called a 'terry stop'. This gives him the ability to stop a person whom he has reasonable suspicion based upon their unusual conduct that a crime may have occurred/be occurring. In this situation, he had a reasonable suspicion that the kid was under the influence and decided to stop this person and question him.

The interaction was fine for the first few seconds. But the kid appears to have attempted to leave before the cop was finished asking questions and the cop stopped him. Then the kid got squirrely and the cop tackled him.

Yes, this is likely all caused as a result of the kids autism, but again the cop doesn't know that. Evidently certain facets of autism are not dissimilar from the appearance of drugs.

Should he have apologized? Yes. But that's just him being kind of a dick. Otherwise this is just another crappy situation.

I remember a famous story of a serial killer victim that almost escaped and cops found him and the killer walked up apologizing for his lover and saying they were in the middle of some kinky game and the cops laughed and left. and then he killed the victim. I think the victim was forcibly given drugs to make him all whacked out and unable to communicate to the cops.

Okay, so let me understand your logic. And just for the record, I don't agree with the cop in the original scenario.

You think that because there was at least one situation from an extremely well known and prolific serial killer in which a kid was forcibly drugged and made it out onto the streets, that we should assume that anyone on the streets might be in that same situation?

Because I hate to break it to you, if the Dahmer story is your justification, then you should absolutely be siding with the cop here. If this cop had found Dahmer's victim and arrested him as a potential crime, then Balcerzak would have been fine.

You're advocating that the officer ignore kids doing weird things, but then posted a story about a kid acting weird and being ignored at which point he was killed and dismembered.

Is that the position you want to take?

At one point I worked for a place that manufactured that kinda stuff. We got 1000 bucks a year in free product credit so I've got a couple of diffusers and like, a shit ton of essential oils.

Can you not find a way to make Windows 10 backwards compatible with whatever you're playing? There's usually some good way to do that.

Apart from that, you may have to consider a dual boot situation because every VM I've worked with has had a video delay.

Although, if you can get it hosted somewhere like DrP says and RDP into it, you'll probably get much less in the way of delay. Maybe a little input delay but not so much from the video delay.

He may have erroneously shot the victim but the allegation that he planted the gun appears to be pretty obviously false.

They have footage from three different cameras, and none of them show a silver revolver being planted in the victim's vehicle. If, between the three cameras, they couldn't see a fairly large silver revolver being planted in the vehicle, it seems to be pretty open and shut.

I mean, it sucks, but you have to be able to prove that he did what he did. That's pretty much how the system works.

I'm not sure where you're getting your information, but as near as I can tell the ratings went from something like 8-9 million per episode in Season 7 (which is about on par with the previous few seasons) and dropped to around 5-6 million after Steve Carrell left.
