I haven't played PUBG or any game with a Battle Royale mode yet.

I definitely want to try Fortnite's battle royale mode and I plan on buying PUBG once I buy a new PC.

I beat Zero Mission over the summer and it's good, but it's overrated in my opinion. It's far too short and you get so many abilities very quickly.

The very start was funny and interesting but it went downhill fast. I didn't care about the romance between Jack and Karen. They very brief time they had in the trunk of the car wasn't enough for them to fall in love either.

It was boring and dumb with bad pacing all around.

I'm surprised at the high ratings (93%) on rottentomatoes and crap.

I did enjoy Jackie Brown to an extent but it's not something I'd watch more than once. It had a lot of boring filler in it too and many things I just didn't care about it. Jackie Brown is overrated as hell too just like every Tarantino movie.

I love it. It's the only cartoon on Nick that's great. That channel has nothing else imo.

I watched an interview saying the ship has sailed for him, but it was always something he wanted to do. They could convince him. Assuming Disney would be interested in Jackman playing Wolverine in the first place.

My friend really wants Overwatch and only gets to play during the free weekend plays because he has to pay for school and a car he bought last year. He doesn't buy many games to say the least.

He did try the Lawbreakers beta and thought it was absolutely awful and said he wouldn't even play it for free.

I'm thinking about buying him Lawbreakers just for some laughs. Last night I checked there were only 8 people playing at 12 am!!! Wow!

What do you think?

I recently applied at an old job.

I was brutally honest and wrote the reasons why I was leaving on the resignation form.

Basically I said I wasn't getting paid enough for the amount of work I was doing, new management was bad, and how they didn't even take our suggestions and ideas into consideration.

I did plan on working there ever again, but after working a few different jobs I wouldn't mind going back there because I did my job very well and I really liked it.

I should note that about a year I quit, I applied for a different position and I was interviewed. After all, I am still eligible for rehire as far as I know (that's why I was interviewed that one time).

I don't think there should be any issues.

Seriously, it's been years since I've asked @CornishGhost to play and beat MGS2: Sons of Liberty and he still hasn't done it. I don't understand why.

It's like knowing someone that likes hamburgers but has never tried cheese burgers. So you suggest cheese burgers because they taste f***ing awesome and the person simply refuses to try one just to be a troll. It's not that the person didn't like the cheese burger, so what is the reason then?

Shut down your Mac.
Press the power button, and as soon as you hear the startup chime, hold down Command-Option-P-R.
Keep holding down those keys until you hear a second startup chime. Then let go and allow your Mac to continue starting normally.
Then check the Startup Disk, Display, and Date & Time panes of System Preferences to make sure theyre set the way you want them.

If you hold down Command-Option-P-R at startup and you see nothing but a gray screen that doesnt change for several minutesno Apple logo, no progress bar, no second startup chimedont panic. The most likely cause is that your Mac isnt registering the key presses due to wonkiness with a USB device. Disconnect all USB devices (except your keyboard, if its a wired keyboard), hold the power button down until the Mac shuts off completely, and then press it again and immediately hold down Command-Option-P-R.

If that doesnt work and youre using an external Bluetooth keyboard, try plugging in a USB keyboard instead. If youre able to reset the NVRAM successfully with the wired keyboard, you can disconnect it and go back to your normal Bluetooth keyboard.

I just subbed to the monthly humble because for $12 (less with discount) you get Quantum Break, Warhammer: Dawn of War III, and The Long Dark. Plus you'll get 6 other games. Maybe the rest of them won't be as good but it's already a deal as is.

And I also paid $35 for the Yogcast Jingle Jam 2017 Bundle. You get a new game (or in some cases, f2p paid content) every day until Christmas. 4 games revealed for today were Rust, Qubed Director's Cut, Dungeon of the Endless, and Garry's Mod.

Tbh I wouldn't have gotten the $35 bundle if it wasn't for the fact that proceeds go towards donations. I chose to donate the majority of it to a local animal shelter in my area. I love animals and that place doesn't put any animal to sleep. I've been there a few times and I'm so glad to have donated.

-Unplugged it for 10 seconds

-Turned it on but keyboard only stays one for a split second

-Removed any USB devices and tried turning on the computer but it made no difference

-Managed to get my USB keyboard to work by hitting Caps Lock repeatedly. With the caps lock light indicating the keyboard is on.

-After a few tries, Apple + R (or command + R; I forgot, but you get the idea) showed me 2 drives: Mac OSX and Windows.

-After a few seconds of hitting enter on the Windows drive, the screen turned black and remained that way

-Attempted to get drives screen again, but wasn't able to.

I don't know what else to do. I'm going to keep looking. I'm thinking about selling it as is and letting the buyer know it doesn't appear to be working. I'm sure someone can use it for parts. But I don't know how much I can sell it for.

My Xmas budget is small and my family is small so I don't have to buy a lot of gifts or anything. Every year I tell everyone I won't be buying gifts but I end up caving. lol

I bought my brother Overwatch and already gave it to him.

I'm buying my nephew Minecraft for 3DS. Might buy him some wrestling toys and Roblox toys if I have enough money.

I'm not sure what to get my mom yet. Was going to buy her a portable wireless bluetooth speaker but my dad just bought her one. :/ This always happens. I'm not sure what to get her this year.

I've felt like this for years and that feeling is only getting stronger. lol

But I like it this way. Obviously I'm not perfect and I also do things that others would consider wasteful. But I don't care.

I'm not particularly happy with the way society and the world has become and it's only getting worse and worse in my opinion. I just have to make the best out of it.

As a follow up to my previous bricked iMac topic, I tried to it working today. It no longer displayed the crossed out symbol (). All I'm getting now is a black screen. I have a wireless Logitech keyboard plugged in and it only works for a split second after booting the iMac. I'll have to see if the original iMac keyboard still works and I have to try unplugging the wireless Logitech keyboard just in case.

Anyways, I stumbled upon videos about Mac thermal throttling. I didn't know this was a thing to be honest. I mean, it makes sense now that I think about it.

Could this be a reason why my iMac possibly died? I was playing video games about 2 hours everyday. The fans sounded really loud during some gaming sessions, but I never paid much attention to it.

As of right now, I still don't know if my iMac works. I'll have to keep looking into it. I couldn't get the recovery mode thingy to work because I was using a different keyboard. And since I only play PC games now, I've already started looking at decent budget priced gaming PCs.
