You didn't tell me why that's a superior plan to just having all your movies constantly available to the countless potential buyers, especially when you're Disney and don't need to manufacture excitement or interest in your products.

Simple, a rerelease lets them put it up at full price and expect people to buy it instead of the them lounging in the old movies bin.

Also stores have limited shelf space so only having a few spots but always having a new moive in that spot also makes stores happy to carry any moive Disney puts up that month new or old.

It might have ended up being less fun because at least 06 has some funny glitches, like Silver ejecting you from the boss arena or auto scrolling loops failing and sending you into the water. A complete version would just be ok at best.

Some of the problems where too core to the design in at that point to fix like the monsters with health bars that are just beat by HA spam and Mach Speed sections. Also the level design would have to be completely redone in some areas to fix. (jungle maze)

Any time the game throws a "boss battle that you're not supposed to win because of storyline purposes" at you but doesn't make it obvious that you're not supposed to win. I remember wasting countless items in the first battles against *Tales of Symphonia spoilers* Kratos and Yggdrasil only to find out that the outcomes of both of those fights didn't matter at all. Winning the first fight is possible but very difficult and gains you nothing by doing so, and winning the second is pretty much impossible outside of insane NewGame+ bonuses and still gains you nothing by doing so. But how was I supposed to know that the first time through?

FF9 is even worse with it. You can't just lose you have to deal enough damage or last a certain amount of turns and then lose.

With no indication of such a mechanic at all.

With FF9 its still a real boss fight, the game just does the kill move after the boss dies.

We dont have any proof of life because we cant really check planets outside our solar system. The smaller forms of life (fish, microcrobes) would be impossible to detect through a telescope.

Basicly life outside of earth will be hard to find until space travel becomes a real thing, if FTL travel is even possible.

There are fees for making bitcoin transactions and those fees go to the the miners that verify the transactions.

Ok so there is an alternate method of paying miners then just making bits.

I think a lot of the people who played the WiiU version felt burned by the lack of support that version got (Only one patch and no DLC as the arcade version got updates and characters) so they didnt have trust that the switch version would get support.

That is on top of the only one year gap between versions made DX feel like a cash grab.

Or at least thats my thoughts on it.

Depends on if there is internal damage to the drive.

If there is no damage you can just install it into a new computer or get an adapter to hook it up. You will probably need to hook up to a Mac so it can read the data correctly.

If the mechanical parts are damaged you would need to use a data recovery service. These can get expensive though so you would have to ask yourself if the cost is worth it.

If the disk itself is broken its unlikly to be recoverable.

Its gambling that is often aimed at kids and without the oversight/odds check that casios have to try to make them fair.

Also in order to have them have any use you have to break the reward structure of the game to the point where you expect NO player to actully be grinding to the point of unlocking everything.

Monster Hunter in the US, new quests are added for free fairly often, some of them have new weapons that you can get after beating them.

I say in the US because some of the JP versions had a subscription required for online play while US version had free online.

Cant say the rest of Capcoms games are as comsumer friendly.
