And I watched their first game against Dallas. They were awful. Completely and totally dominated, and only won when Bishop took a fluke cut to the head and had to leave and Kari Lehtonen came in and did what Kari Lehtonen does and gave up two goals in like 10 minutes, both of which were pretty heroic individual efforts from Neal.

considering we now live in a very global environment where borders are starting to matter less and less, I really don't think the idea of disarming an entire nation is really a good idea. people could simply bring in guns illegally from mexico or other places.

So I watched the Dave Smith comedy special all the libertarians are raving about.

It was okay. Not great. Entirely political which is a bit of a turn off. Overall it probably made me laugh more than recent specials by some of the big names like Chappelle or Norm but the bar is higher when you're some unknown nobody.

Also the audience must have been hand selected or something. They were super on his side, and it honestly just sounded like a laugh track at times. When you say ridiculously un-PC stuff like that you're expecting to hear the crowd gasp or a few of them boo or something but instead he says things like "Women kinda like to be grabbed by the pussy" and everyone laughs all generically as if Fonzie just hit the jukebox and it worked again.
