I believe it was actually her that first started the name calling. She and/or the family took offense when he said that the soldier knew what he signed up for. After that is when she publicly commented on the phone call and called Trump a sick man.

I went to one last weekend and we were the only ones in the drive thru but they were still making some poor girl stand out in the sun taking orders lol

Even funnier but not really...as the person was taking the order, they sounded real feminine and I wasn't looking up, so I said "Yes ma'am." Turned out to be a guy. So I apologize and say "Yes sir" and he replies "No its okay, I do have a very high voice"
