I'm okay with QTEs (especially fun Shenmue ones), but yeah, they're a crutch for lots of games. IIRC, you couldn't remap the ones in the Walking Dead games either.

The wording I saw was that "some" of the "proceeds" go to the teams. So I'd imagine it's far less than half.

I heard it was a 50/50 split, only the teams' 50 is pooled amongst all teams, so yeah, they may not be getting the best end of that deal.

The other skins are free, though some are seasonal. You're not really missing out by ignoring these skins, honestly -- they're mostly palette swaps in weird colors with team logos slapped on somewhere. A few look kinda cool for the gaudiness (Shanghai Orisa?) but most don't.

Did you already spend the 100 free tokens you got today? I mean, that's only a marginal help -- the skins are still pretty fugly and nothing you'd switch out GOATs like Wujing, Bajie, etc. for. Overwatch has some brass orbs to charge $5 per skin, though.

They're pricey, but at the very least it all goes to the league
