Had a bad weekend. Worked on Sunday, did school work on Saturday, only slept 3 hours.

No exercise aside from weight lifting, terrible diet. Way too much sitting, alcohol and dry herb vaping. Had sex but couldn't get past 20 minutes. Smart watch counted it as exercise but I performed with much less intensity and activity than normal. That's usually not an issue but it happened to me due to fatigue.

To the above poster, ab work and core work is very important to avoid hernias, this is true. Don't know what exercises you do but try to incorporate at least ten minutes every day you exercise

Starting to incorporate weight training with biking. Now that my sales season has officially ended, I'm actually excited to go full throttle for exercise in the next few months. Also really cutting down on drinking around the holidays.

Also have to start running again to train for an upcoming triathlon.

Been biking watching the Orlando Magic and they don't play again until Friday so this is a bit of a deload week for me. Eating poorly and drinking too much while incorporating weights

Stopped wearing underwear under my bike stuff and I turned into Lance Armstrong. Much more comfortable riding, even virtually.

weight lifted + biked 100 miles this week but I drank way more than I should. This next week is going to be busy but Im going to try to go for another 20 miles on the bike this evening with the sporting events + benching at home

Zwifting has been amazing for me heading into Floridian winter. Getting to 100 miles a week without my knees or hips hurting, feels good man. Down to 245 but I'm working like crazy right now. Eating more junk food and drinking more than I should. Not lifting weights, running or swimming like my program demands. But my heart health is good, my energy is up and I just got a lot more comfortable on the bike after learning you aren't supposed to wear underwear under your kit on the bike.

Also worth mentioning that I have a lot more muscle in my legs so 245 doesn't look the same as it did when I wasn't exercising

This is from Sunday. Hung out and relaxed Monday but only because my Fitbit told me to.

I have a spin bike that's cheaper + power meter pedals that are more expensive than the whole bike. It makes Zwift Races legitimate but that bike should have all you need to spin normally. You may want a cadence and speed sensor but that isn't completely necessary

Got a half rack, bench press, double-end bag on a mat in my backyard. Two bars, one for deadlifts and one for squats. Normally deadlift 205lbs for 10 sets of 5 and squat 185lbs for 2 sets of 20. Then walk or box to decompress the spine

I buried a heavy bag stand in my backyard with a water bag in the deep part of my backyard. When grass grows under the bag it shows I've been slacking off. Flowers are growing under it now. Also outside is a trap bar with about 160lbs on it at all times. Great for farmer's walks and TB Deadlifts

In my office I have a treadmill with a spin bike in front of it. In front of the spin bike is a TV sitting on an adjustable standing desk.

Pull-Up bar in my doorway, spring and bungee trampolines

Idk How I'm fat

245. I'm an alcoholic but I have a home gym and spin bike with Zwift. My body eats to handle the adverse effects of alcoholic and marijuana consumption, which I use to control my epilepsy. If I lose too much weight at once I risk a seizure. So biking + weightlifting has given me much more in terms of appearance and exhaustion.

My goal is to biking for at least a half of 60 NBA Basketball games. I've done six so far and the distance is about 20 miles. Going for a full game next week. The intensity is normally much lower but I misplaced my fan and my heart rate skyrocketed.

Haven't actually been lifting properly for a while. Gonna start.

It wasn't "to their benefit", as the GOP is trying to put it, because the idea was that they were never released from bondage, so no matter how many skills they may have developed or been taught, those were only intended to benefit their masters and the plantation.

That's what they've been saying, DeSantis doubled down on this by using some "blacksmith" example, which once again, there was never intention of freeing them, so those smithing skills were only intended to serve the master free of charge.

Putting initial rage aside, your statement means what DeSantis is saying is actually true. He did attain skills as a result of being a slave. He taught it to his children and his successors knew those skills when they were eventually freed.

Florida's GOP is a POS but the argument against his statements is stupid. Rather than outraging at what he's presenting, Floridians who oppose the legislation should be making demands on what they believe should be taught. Without providing a solution, all this rage does nothing but embolden lawmakers to do more things they know they can get away with.

Florida also has a super majority for the GOP, so in reality they can say whatever they want and no one has the political power to stop them.

I'm Black. The argument that Black people benefited from slavery is actually true. There were benefits to the breeding mechanisms and the ingenuity developed during slavery. Nat Turner is an example, Harriet Tubman is another, Onesimus, the African slave that introduced the concept of inoculation to America during the 1700s is an example of how slaves benefitted America. We may not have won the Revolutionary War if we didn't vaccinate our soldiers. The Arab Slave Trade was a thing too.

The bad thing isn't the statement everyone is raging over. It's the fact that Floridians are prohibited for learning about the negative parts of slavery that came with the development. The rape of men and women, the loss of wealth, the lynching, etc. Also their contributions to American life are also being erased under the guise of being anti-Woke.

So I guess I'm saying if you look at that statement alone it's not really a false statement. It's dumb to rage over that and ignore the real issue which is Florida wants Black people disconnected from their history as soon as possible.

Anyway me personally I would never marry anyone who didn't spay/neuter pets. It's incredibly irresponsible.
She said she kept the male uncut so he would be more protective. Made since when he was the only big dog and she was a young hot 20-something in a big house alone.

She got the female as a puppy when the male turned 12 and when she took her to get spayed the vet said the dog would live longer if they waited until her first heat. That old dog took her as soon as she started her first heat and the Hellhounds were born one month after Christmas

Pitbull German Shepherd Breeds. Huge dogs. Her female had four puppies. It's now a year later and none of them are trained properly. She can't walk them regularly because they may kill the smaller animals and or attack people. The three older dogs are cool it's the four GIANT puppies that suck

I have a house. I want her to move in but her youngest dogs really suck. They destroy everything and I work from home. They would ruin my career because they bark every time they hear someone on the phone.

Her house, once beautiful and great smelling now has the overwhelming smell of dog shit and urine in every inch of the house. She now sleeps in her mother-in-law suite and lets the dogs roam freely in the house. I argue that how she is living is insane. She says it's inhumane to get rid of the dogs when she knows they'll be euthanized. Personally, I'm ready to get rid of the dogs myself.

She's great with animals and I do love that about her but she's in over her head and I don't know if this is reconcilable. We can always live separately but I'm thinking we'll be at an impasse as long as these dogs are around.

I don't know what to do. A good Farm girl is hard to part with but this is too much even for me

Then games like Pokemon develop teams rivals and bosses you'll have a natural weakness to no matter what team you utilize

Some things I haven't seen yet

Long commutes increase the risk of car accidents. Idk if you work long hours or physical stuff but more time on the road equals a greater chance of being involved in a wreck, even if it isn't your fault.

According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the odds of getting into a car accident are 1 in 103. This means that if you drive 103 miles, you have a 1% chance of getting into an accident.

The average driver will file a claim for a collision about once every 17.9 years.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that in 2019, there were about 6.76 million reported crashes in the United States. Considering there are over 225 million licensed drivers in the US, this implies that the average driver has a roughly 3% chance of being involved in a car accident in any given year.

Those numbers are reduced greatly by having a shorter commute
