All I know about it is the crossover raids with Final Fantasy 14 and literally the only thing I picked up from that storyline was "robots" The raid story has almost nothing to do with the actual story of Nier Automata. It has unconventional storytelling but tbh it's no weirder than most scifi out there. All FFXIV really shows is the music and some boss battles/set pieces. Automata is a contender for my game of that generation, competing with Disco Elysium. Such a masterpiece in every way. Was hooked at the amusement park area and never let go --- Peace Love Dope |
