I'm the opposite. I'm currently 36, and since I was 18, I have only been single for a few months. I was dumped at 21, but then a few months later ended up with someone. I was with them for a year, then they dumped me and a week later I ended up dating someone else and I'm still with them. I get approached a lot, even when I'm in a relationship. I couldn't tell you why, I'm not attractive and I'm a loner type. If someone like me can do it, so can you.

i feel like other women can smell you out if youre in a relationship. i get way more attebtion when im in one even when im not with my partner, its like women can smell the other women on me and want me lol

maybe because villianizing the chronically lonely isnt the best approach. i see it all the time on advice subreddits, if people identify as an incel they get dogpiled, but they arent using incel ideology, they are just literally an incel by the base definition

Ive seen BSP give so much advice in these topics to users. These are grown men in their 30s. At some point you cant blame the world for your woes and make a change.

i dont see a lot of these posters blaming the world ( except that one guy spouting redpill shit but lets just ignore him )

People who know how to speak and have a conversation, have a far easier time. All those muscles mean nothing in a fight or in regards to a social situation

its not about being a muscle man with chiseled abs. exercise is a form of self care. most people who exercise dont look like the rock. they just do it as a good habit to be healthy and motivated

lot of it is luck and being in the right place at the right time. there is nothing about these people that inherently make them more lovable than you.

what makes you feel you are unwanted and undatable to the point no amount of effort can overcome that?

everyone i know who started going to the gym has had an easier time with women than before they started working out. i know it's anecdotal but make of it what you will.

makes sense. working out gives you a goal, builds confidence and self esteem, makes you feel better about yourself, even if your physical gains arent visible your mental gains are

What is therapy supposed to do

yea i dont agree with the therapy as a magic cure all. therapy kind of sucks ass tbh. they make you dredge up a bunch of trauma , shrug it off, perscribe you a bunch of shit that will cause manic episodes, makes you fat, lower your sex drive and describe it as a "process"

in all these help tips replace therapy with exercise. maybe i just havent ever found a good therapist but working out was way more productive then wasting money and time on therapist

i hate the term incel because it means different things these days. a lot of people identify as incels but they arent mysognistic or toxic they just resigned to being alone. then theres others who view incels as radicalized terrorists who want to kill all women , and then when the people from group 1 are talked to like they are in group 2 , its pretty much alienating people who were already alienated even more, now instead of awkward and lonely, they are deemed as violent and villianous

Within the first 5 posts, there's a combined 85 years of being alone. Even those guys have had relationships/sex/companionship though. Then there are others, like myself, who add another 40 years into that without those other experiences.

No one said to starve, but some of us are. Then we just get told to learn to be happy hungry, and that having a bad meal is worse than starving.

i get where youre coming from, im not telling you to learn to be happy. just saying dont expect a relationship to solve your unhappiness

nobody said to starve...thats why meet ups ans friendships exist. men rely way too much on women to feed general kinds of needs. which is why a lot of relationships fail because men expect their partner to be best friend/life coach/ mom...goes both ways though when women want a boy toy on call to spend time with and get taken out but offer no support

being alone isnt bad. if you are with the wrong person youll feel way more lonely than you ever did by yourself. you can try meet ups and hobby groups for friendships and not feeling alone, but being in an actual relationship and getting no support is the fucking worst so be grateful you arent in that. its hard to find a partner that actually adds to your life - men and women included. people are just shitty and times are tough. take care of yourself is the best you can do
