There were a few other interesting looking ones I thought about getting, but didn't want to drop too much money. I already have a full liquor cabinet and a storage tote filled with other things to drink.

Mixing the bacon moonshine with brown sugar whiskey is amazing. It goes down so smooth.

I got depressed today. So I went to the new liquor store and bought a bunch of alcohol and now I'm drunk and depressed.

Just like any other fashion show, I can't imagine there'd be much interest in this with kids.

Aren't kids fashion shows kind of a big thing? Somewhere in my family photos are a picture of my brother and I in an Oshkosh b'gosh fashion show. We even got into one of their catalogs. My parents weren't trying to turn us into child models or anything. They were just like "oh hey, a kids fashion shoot with free pictures. That's cute and a fun way to spend time with the kids."

Besides that Halloween costumes are fun for kids. My nephew has a costume box and likes to get dressed up. Given the choice he would rather wear a button up shirt and a waist coat than a t shirt with cartoon characters on it.

Little girls are often excited for dance costumes or pageants. I remember as a kid older girls giving make overs in day care to the boys and girls was always a fun game.

I've never been to drag queen story hour, but I imagine kids like costumes and dressing up? I loved going to story time at the library as a kid. My grandma would put the littlest kids in the wagon and we would walk to the library, get to see someone read in a costume or with puppets and make it a fun experience. They even had tubs you could borrow to make your own story time at home with puppets and costumes, the book on tape and the book.

God the library is great. Go support your local library.

I've seen enough movies to know that the crew of the submarine somehow managed to travel back in time, and wound up on the actual Titanic. Where they will die with no one the wiser.

Though at least one of them will say or do something that triggers a slight shift in history, saving someone important who would otherwise have died, but we'll never know because our reality is now the one where that person survived and from our perspective they always survived.

Would it be insensitive to turn this into a land of the lost type series?

Just kind of feels like Pixar has run out of ideas and now has to get abstract with new films. I don't have a clue what the plot is.

Ya, the ads for it are terrible and don't really say much.

Basically it's a rom com. The main character is the daughter of immigrants who are some of the first fire elementals who came to the city. The father buys a run down old building. Fixes it up himself and opens a shop in what will become a fire neighborhood. The daughter grows up being told she will take over his legacy, but she has a temper and can't deal with customers. She literally explodes with anger at one point and damages the water pipes in the shops basement. This is where water guy enters the movie. He is a city inspector and writes her a bunch of citations that will cause her fathers shop to be closed down. After hearing her story he regrets writing them and helps her get the tickets dismissed. After getting the tickets dismissed he asks her out on a date and the rest of the movie is about her and water guy dating without letting her parents know because her parents are racist.

That might actually be canon to the movie. Fire people weren't allowed in a garden because they thought it was too dangerous for the plants.

Not sure if across the across tbe spiderverse or Elemental deserve the Oscar. Both movies were amazing for different reasons.

It's not necessarily a no, but I would need more info. Am I expected to be a parent? How old is the child? Would I be babysitting? How often do we get adult time without the child around? Is the child's father still in the picture?

There is a ton of great fiction out there. And I will read pretty much anything that is free and interesting. Probably why I read so much fanfiction as well. Between libby, audible, and kindle unlimited, I read normal books as well, but you just can't replace fetish fics.

Well, actually, that story we read in middle school about the girl who was hit by a car and had her brain transplanted into a chimpanzee body is really close to a large variety of fics I have seen. So maybe you can.
