It explored a neat idea, but, for me personally, this episode was incredibly cringey. Everyone acting so fake towards eaxh other was the whole point, I know, but watching it made my skin crawl and I didn't like it

Anything can happen at this stage. The final three for instance usually doesn't have much of an H2, if any at all, so you need enough people to get to safety H1. Characters can look strong at this point but not gain enough new savers to reach that threshold. Every character who goes out now moves a lot of people around!

...I literally started watching Fractale too just last week! What a coincidence. I'm only three episodes in, but I've been enjoying it too. I'm excited to see what it eventually does to earn all the low scores from my MAL friends.

Tellah is an awful character and I feel like he was written to be on purpose. Overbearing angry old guy who doesnt allow his family to be happy and doesnt understand his mistake until its too late hits way too close to home for too many people for anyone to bother supporting him seriously.

Tellah is my favorite character from IV! Angry vengeful dad is great. Plus I played the remake version and his voice acting made him sound super cool. "I will find this Golbez!"

Oh, I see. I caught most of that but I didn't realize one part of it. That making Lailaps talk decreased her overall magic. I thought the message was "you have other friends now so you don't need me anymore" which imo is a crappy message
