This could put odds in your favor for many STDs. Not really for HPV. Everyone has HPV, condoms aren't full proof, no symptoms, and can't test for it means people with "good judgment" and low body count from monogamous relations are commonly passing it amongst themselves.

How're you going to vet people for an extremely common STD that has no symptoms and you can't reliably test for it in women and can't test for it at all in men? Up until recently they wouldn't even give the vaccine to someone 25+ years old because it was to be assumed that 100% of that population is already infected.
