I don't think shooting an unarmed man counts as self defense even if he punched your friend. But American laws are weird, so who knows. Is a 17 year old even allowed to have a gun in Michigan? I'd assume no, but... once again, American laws.

Some people get killed by a single punch, it's not uncommon. Someone much larger than you can easily beat you to death. Unless the 40 year old was shot in the back, I think it will likely be self defense (if the gun was legal).

Guacamelee is awesome, the Surge was okay imo

The combat is a blast, as someone who was already very familiar with DnD 5e.

I like the high strategy aspect, but its soo frustrating not understanding why things happen. Like why do I keep failing so many attacks. Why does Gale and Shadowheart suck so much at the beginning? His spells miss half the time and same with SH. And leizel used to hit 95% and now its 50-60. Why why why? This sucks.

You fail at attacking because high AC on an enemy means they have a higher chance of not getting hit.

There are many ways to circumvent this. One of the best is to either create a situation where you have advantage (flank the enemy, knock them prone, blind them, etc) or use spells and abilities that have a Saving Throw, so you bypass their AC entirely and force them to rely on their stats to avoid damage.

The valuation of Mar-a-Lago is from the Palm Beach County Assessor.

It's kind of astonishing to me. An apartment building near me just sold for 72 million on a 102 million valuation, and it's just a "luxury" 5 over 1.

18 million for a resort in Palm Beach seems absurdly low to me.

The team I work with in the company is based out of the West Coast so they work from the hours of 12-8pm EST. So the 2 hours+ I'll have to spend commuting amongst angry, rude, busy New Yorkers is just going to cut into the time that I could be spending collaborating with my actual teammates.

I think you're projecting. My feelings about this game are ambivalent at best. The only reason I even thought of starfield was because I saw ES6 was delayed again.

You seem to be projecting. I have no issues with pronouns in games. More quality control is always worthwhile in a AAA game, however.

I was never going to suggest anything. I don't own an Xbox, so I don't own the game. I'm trying to get a feel for if TES will be non-exclusive if this game does poorly.

I never said it flopped. It just doesn't seem like the cultural phenomenon that Bethesda/MSOFT may have been expecting out of a brand new IP.

I'm not certain how many copies it sold, but the response to Starfield seems muted, at best.

I consider it a litmus test for how a fully exclusive Elder Scrolls will perform, and whether or not poor performance would tip their hand on allowing it on Ps5.

Pretty sure the story would be worth more than 2k to me.

There is no best case scenario if your liver is failing. If he is in hospice, it means other organs have started failing too. It happens really fast.

I think it's possible to respect trans people and have your own sexual preferences. I think it's fair to say you don't owe anyone a sexual encounter or a relationship under any circumstances. I think this person could have been way more respectful about turning this date down though.
