Even of you set a bunch of alarms, you're not guaranteed to actually get anywhere on time unless you have them set in intervals of 5 minutes or are getting up quite a bit earlier It's a lot more like looking in the mirror and fiddling with your hair for a minute and then looking at your phone and 10 minutes have passed. Taking the quickest shower possible, just the norm or hurrying even, 20 minutes have suddenly passed by. It never matches up either and it can be so incredibly frustrating and is probably actually one of the more thought about aspects of adhd. Like how someone with adhd always spaces out or takes so long to do this, or that.
