I had to open the little hint book that came with Link to the Past because I didnt understand how the mirror worked. The first time I used it to go from the dark world to the light world, I was apparently not on a spot I could stand, so it warped me right back to the dark world and I was super confused.

That's nothing. My best friend got stuck for three days because he didn't think to use his sword on the curtain after Aghanim disappeared behind it. He even retraced his steps across the entire world and some of the dungeons.

Grinding is one of my favorite things to do in RPGs.

When the most interesting story content and character development is in paid DLC, that's a problem.

I beat Suikoden 1 twice, and love Suikoden 3 almost as much as the first one.

I got 12 hours into Suikoden 2 and traded it in for PaRappa the Rapper.

Yes. They moved up or expanded on/altered some of Garps stuff and Koby's Cover Story.

Koby, Garp and Helmeppo get a lot more screentime.

Yeah, I do too. In the event the show actually lasts for a long time, it doesn't make sense to withhold a twist like Garp's relationship to Luffy for multiple seasons, when most viewers new to OP would end up learning about that before then anyway. It would be hard to avoid something like that.

I mean, it wasn't teaching about sex's existence like in the topic, it was sex education. I learned about it in 3rd grade, but I think most high school had some kind of sex education.

I used to use dry rub, but I started soaking it in sauce overnight, and I like it so much more that way

This and they did teach us in school. My high health course was good compared to a lot of places. Actually taught us about different contraception methods.

Yeah, I live in TN, but our sex ed was great for the area. They barely mentioned abstinence, and just made sex jokes, and talked about STDs and condoms.

That was in 2000. I went back to college almost ten years ago, and talking to the students who went to the same high school, and it apparently turned into focusing almost entirely on abstinence. Sad to hear.

I haven't played BG3 yet, but it may be that.

I would prefer for TotK to not be my GotY.

This was around 3rd grade when my mom told me, I think. I didn't go to middle school, but I don't think they did. There was a sex ed seminar in high school though.

Yeah, mom did. My dad had no part in it.

It doesn't have any weight considering Jericho's gone to bat for Nyla Rose many times.

This made me wonder: is the term "incel" still used by these people to refer to themselves, or did the people who dunk on them who use it pejoratively the only ones now? Because I rarely hear them use the term to describe themselves, but "socially induced incarceration" is very much descriptive of an "involuntary celibate".

So is this a guy a cool wrestling personality or something? I remember hearing about him being gone and then coming back forever, and then he's back and how he's fired. Why have I heard about him despite having stopped watching wrestling for 20 years?

He was credited with bringing back lapsed fans in 2011. He left WWE and wrestling entirely a few years later on bad terms, came back to wrestling via WWE's successful new competitor AEW, and just got fired again after two backstage fights.

Those old skits he did where he and Meryse pretended to be John Cena and whichever Bella he was with are some of the funniest shit the WWE has ever done, particularly when you consider how little theyre allowed to get away with ever since going PG.

They're able to get away with way more than they did in the first few years of having the rating. Back then, they would pause a match if someone got so much as a slight cut, and you couldn't even say "damn" or "hell".

I remember when Cena said he would kick Wade Barret's ASS, and the PWB lost its shit because that was the first bad word in like 3 years.

I only saw two. I didn't realize until after I was done with school that my best friend got into about a dozen. I was like "where the fuck was I?"
