And it's nothing with OpenSUSE. It's Linux DEs and X11/Wayland being awful. Changing the way the same packages are delivered wouldn't fix it.

I wish I could like it since Blue Reflection Second Light isn't stuttering at all here, unlike Windows. But the framerate just won't quite get to an acceptable level.

I installed Arch 15 years ago and didn't have much problem with it. Even played Warcraft 3 on it. I'm really not new to computers >_>

If youre a total newbie, try Linux Mint. If you want to game on it, Pop OS or Manjaro would ne better choices, but they arent as newbie friendly.
