Shenron generally cannot affect powerful people without their consent, like bringing Goku back from space. Even with being powered up, making everyone young should be Super Shenron level.

How could someone wave something at someone in 1 second?
If he actually "turned the gun toward one of the officers," that means he had it in hand and it was being pointed directly at one of the officers, which could happen in the span of a second. Though that also depends on factors like where he was, where they were coming from, his awareness of the situation, ect. And all that's assuming the police are actually being truthful and not just lying to cover up gross incompetence.

If he was actually threatening people with a gun and actually stupidly waved it around directly towards the cops, it might be fair, but this is definitely a wait for all the facts kind of case given usual police screwups in situations like this.

Other than just seeing it as a weird fetish, probably from seeing the weirdest of them get the most attention. Furries seem to be sort of a nexus point for deviant fetishes, so, similar with the eccentric Sonic porn fandom, people see all that crazy shit and think they're all like that. Then you have the subset of ones who actually do day to day stuff in the fursuits, which weirds people out in the same way as the MLP fans who make it their outward personality.

Most realistic chain of events IMO:

Lyft driver was in a hurry to get next faire. Sped off immediately. Noticed cat a few minutes later and panic dumped it. Then continued to speed off to get more passengers.

I doubt this was done to be deliberately cruel to the cat. Driver is a huge asshole for not fessing up to it. He could have literally just texted the guy "sorry in a rush put your cat on the sidewalk on this street" and he still would have been an asshole but at least the owner wouldn't have been stressed out all day over it and he could have gotten the cat back much faster.
That wouldnt really explain the whole ignoring his phone going off dozens of times thing.

Just the normal trend of a long-running manga with a continuous adaptation going on at the same time. There will always be a need for filler. I feel like they've gotten away from that trend in recent years, opting to go with one season at a time for a lot of newer shounen.

Expulsion might not be unwarranted depending on the specific details, but I wouldn't instantly jump to it. It really depends on history of the students, if it was equal blame for all or if there were specific people in charge, and the exact nature of the pictures. As long as it's within the upper bounds of extremely fucking creepy, sounds more like a massive reeducation, long term punishment kind of thing.

You're basically criticizing a genre for being a genre at this point. It's fair to say you think it should change, kind of like how Fire Emblem became more casual, but there's a difference between advocating for change and acting like it's dumb for something to not change. Pokemon should offer more challenging gameplay, but I don't expect it because Nintendo wants a button mashing toddler to be able to get through all of them.

It can definitely take away from the point of the game. For Souls, it's literally a genre at this point. It's like arguing that all Roguelikes should allow for progression and saving. Some developers have added difficulty levels or means of permanently getting stronger, but the majority seem to stick to the letter.

If he actually forces it through, I think that'd be the nail in the coffin. People would lose at least 90% of their Twitter exposure, if not more. By the time the first month ends, I'd bet 90% of the people who paid for the first month would cancel after it becomes a wasteland. I see no world where a significant portion of people would even contemplate paying for it. The only way he makes it work is if he somehow kills all competing apps through legal bullshit, but I doubt there'd be anything he could do.
