perhaps my sense of humor is just demented

two things: it's really only one of the girls that gives the protag a hard time, and it's actually very plot and character relevant why she does so

obviously if it gave you bad feelings don't continue, but i think it's worth giving til like, episode 4? that's when the meat of things is really revealed. it's also a mix of comedy and drama and very Real wrt the characters and their various weird hangups. it's not light per-se but not always heavy either, imo?

my interest in wrestling generally is at an all time low. i lost all interest in wwe years ago and aew is currently at a nadir and i'm too scatterbrained to bother keeping up with any puro stuff so i'm kinda just idling and waiting for something that's interesting to me to happen

started working on maze of tribulations on my universe mode rena game. going fairly smoothly so far, mostly by virtue of spamming the hell out of dias' air slash. god that move is good.
