Gotta wait 3 months to get a sperm count test before they say you're all clear. This is actually where a large part of the failure rate of vasectomies come from. People think they're all clear once they're healed, but they require like 20-30 ejaculations to clear things out

Agreed. One of the things I have a huge issue with is people acting like vasectomies are 100% reversible, when they should be treating them as permanent sterility. The operation is not guaranteed to be reversible, especially with time.

No idea on the cost, haven't gotten a bill yet. I went during Planned Parenthoods vasectomy month though where they're anywhere from dirt cheap to free.

Procedure was pretty mild, and very quick, but there definitely some uncomfortable parts. They gave me lidocaine through a high pressure air burst, which felt like a quick rubber band snap. No needle. That was the last "pain" I'd say I felt during the ordeal. I got no scalpel, so it's two tiny punctures that they use to pull the tubes through. That's the part that's by far the most uncomfortable though: the pressure of the actual tubes being pulled >_> not painful, but it feels like you're stretching a muscle just a tad beyond where you should be stretching it. Mostly a lot of pressure. You don't feel the snip or cauterize at all.

I think I was in and out in about 20 minutes

At the end of the day, despite how gross the entire situation is, it doesn't really matter who a bunch of white liberals on the internet tell Arab Americans to vote for, because they're not a statistically significant voting block anyway.

Either party's candidate is going to support Israel because a) that's significant to the Christian belief system, and b) putting your support behind Israel will win you more votes anyway

Still though, I don't think trying to wrangle votes out of Arab Americans by appealing to how much damage the Republicans are gonna do is going to be a winning strategy
