Had it not already been on console? It's been in early access for a long time.

Great game, definitely recommend if you have any interest. Basically a rogue-like horror adventure. Really easy to sink 60 hours into, or just 15 minutes and have fun.

I don't have a WiiU, but good luck to everyone helping. Yeah, there's a lot of shit levels, but there's some that are just hard to puzzle out or just plain hard. It's fun.

It doesn't even really fit the timeline of the Adventure series that well, besides containing most of the characters. Blaze is just kinda there. The whole kingdom bit is so out of place. Only Shadow really fits: he got a CDL and works for the government after dealing with evil Pete.
Plus, and more importantly, there's no chao garden.

I honestly think there's a large audience for text based game guides, but GameFAQs would have to change the way they're presented significantly.
Even so, we still have some of the best guides for certain games, like Hyrule Warriors and the Yakuza series.

I moved out of Florida a few months ago, it's amazing how it feels to not live in a hellscape.

Turbo? Vega/Claw by far. Stupid fun to play, frustrating to play against. Has Dhalsim-like range with claws, iframe super builder, ambiguous wall mix ups that include command grab option, option select super that only spends bar if it connects, psychic throw range that does crazy damage, and most of his moves are plus on block!
If there's any character to learn and be good with in 5-minites, it's Claw. And he's fun to play!

Yeah, what else are they going to do? They have to follow the rules to get in.

I don't understand what are group for which it's meant. It's too talkative for 2, but too immature for 3+.

This reminds me of college where we would have someone reading the Constitution out loud in the cafeteria for certain holidays. Then we would discuss and debate the amendments IRL and through email lists.

Maybe keep it to one topic or one amendment per day.

I always thought this amendment should cover police officers. That certainly seems to be the spirit. But even the takings clause (part of 5th amendment) doesn't apply to possessions damaged by the government, which is BS.

Kid Rock has better music, but he's a terrible person so he's worse.
Also, for some reason I associate Kid Rock with Gen X. Maybe it's the Simpsons episode.

Feels kinda racist, but the zombie is the only bad choice.
Skeleton is a potentially cool dude, but might go too hard.
Ghost is just a normal person with some hang ups, could be anything.

Oooh wa aah ah ah is fantastic. You never hear someone burp weird and just say, "Oooh wa aah ah ah!"?
Even in their "one hit" parody, you can hear the individual songs they're referencing. It's just their general grundgy sound that stays static. They're great as both a low parody of and example of their genre. Like you can't deconstruct Disturbed because they're already at the most basic level of their craft.

I addressed that in my first post. The removal of loot boxes was partially to contend with legislation in various countries. The change in monetization is because they game went from $40 to $0. It sucks that OW1 players lost the ability to farm old cosmetics without additional purchase. But if OW2 released without OW1 ever releasing, that wouldn't be a fault of the game.

And, again, pricing aside it's more fair to let players buy what they want for a set price than railroad them into gambling. But OW1 had a fantastic loot box system and OW2 has shitty pricing.

If you want to call for a chargeback because, for lack of a less polite phrase, you lacked the foresight to wait before purchasing a skin - go for it. But that's not false advertisement and that's a ridiculous argument that's just reaching for something to complain about.
The lack of PvE is right there. OW2 could have been game of the century with the right development path, instead it's just a casual TF2 clone.

they're charging $20-40 for skins that were regular old loot box rewards for events every 2-3 months in OW. we used to get 3-6 legendary skins every event, plus a few epics, now we get 3 from the battle pass and a couple more you can spend $20+ on

before OW2 came out I had almost every cosmetic available. I bought the CE and pink mercy, but not the blizzcon skins. that was like $35 extra? and I got all the rest from playing the game. now you have to buy the battle pass and pay extra for 'special' skins that no one will care about 3 months later anyway

Calling OW2 a scam is ridiculous. It's free to play. You pay nothing and get to play Overwatch. It only legitimately sucks that players who bought OW1 got little to nothing extra.

It is not a micro transaction hellscape. There's skins you buy with money. They're overpriced even compared to peers, but you don't have to buy them. There's also a battlepass with skins and a character, but you can unlock the character without paying for the BP.

They got rid of loot boxes in large part because of global regulations. The loot boxes were very generous and could be earned without payment, but conceptually loot boxes are far scummier than just paying for the thing you want.

Many of the reviews are from China because Blizzard can no longer operate in China, besides Diablo Immortal.

OW2 has plenty of issues and the monetization and pricing still sucks, but gamers need to get some perspective.

It's solid, but it's actually not even the best song in the movie.

It's the only reason that movie is worth watching.

But it's still not the best Disney song.

I agree with TC in theory, but they could just keep making OVAs and mini-series that speed through each arc. The Fishman Island movie is way better than the original airing.

You would be surprised at how many positions of authority are granted based solely on having a single friend in the right place. You don't need to be good at anything to be successful. Just a powerful enough acquaintance that is willing to give you what you want.

I don't know what this is in regards to, but seeing my friends raise kids it's obvious that some are much smarter than most adults, they just lack world experience.
Also, hanging out with smart kids is super fun. They ask good questions, they're funny, they don't have much of a filter. Love them.

If movement in Ultimate was a little bit smoother, or if they lowered the buffer window, it'd be my favorite.

But Melee is too fun. If you want to do something, you can do it.

All the Smash games are great, but my least favorite is Smash 4 WiiU. Just feels weird and kinda magnetic.

Probably just trying to get a pulse on how CE feels about the matter.

I play a mobile game, Nikke Goddess of Victory, where one of the antagonists is morally grey. She's a terrorist, inarguably a villain, but fighting for a good cause against a corrupt system. People hate her and refuse to understand her motivations. You can't be morally grey and female because men cannot relate to that.

Related, Gone Girl is a fantastic example of what a female antagonist should look like. Don't need a whiny backstory, don't need to have a facade of justice, just a bad person doing bad things.

Even if they appraised it and he went to sell it to another dealer, they still might be liable. If anything, the fact that they bought it is even more damning.

As a kid, I had no idea what I was doing, but it was fun. 2, too. Rented both, but never owned them.

There's a very small period of FF7 where Cloud is resolved, before and after that he has zero confidence.

Can we just be stricter on low karma accounts? Come to CE at 50 karma and immediately start making problems, even if you don't officially break the rules, just ban them.
