OP-In every Zelda from the 3rd onward you ended up with more and more restrictions before you entered the dungeon.

But you usually have a lot of freedom to go other places and do other things first -- barring Wind Waker, but at least the tasks aren't as grueling as TP. And Skyward Sword, but I don't see a contingent of people listing SS as their favorite.

Also, a point I made later in the OP, was that TP has strict restrictions through pretty much the whole game. You eventually get some freedom in Wind Waker.

yes, you can explore more than half the LttP map before the first dungeon, but exploring is about the extent of your freedom there. You're not going to actually be able to do much.

You can get several items, including the Ice Rod, the bug net, and a bottle. Probably a heart piece or two as well.

You have a case for Wind Waker. Idk, it's just that none of the tasks feel as grueling as TP (no goat-herding, no catching fish for a cat, no kids saying "Woooow, Link, you know how to swing a sword! You're so amazing!!!").

Dont get me wrong. I'm not saying a Zelda dungeon should have to have a dungeon early on. Majora's Mask is my favorite, and you'll be playing the game a while before you reach the first dungeon in that game, too.

But in Majora's Mask, there are so many things to explore and areas you can visit before going to that dungeon. In TP, you have a list of things to do, and the game will not let you go anywhere else or do any other things, except for the things that the video creator lists, and in that order. And the whole game is pretty much like this. There is no freedom in Twilight Princess.

Not really. I'm pretty much just stuck with people they give me. I could write him up if he doesn't perform the job, but that may be harder to do considering he has an injury.

The higher-ups are practically begging me to take the management job, btw. That's why I feel comfortable listing conditions. But I don't want to make myself look bad, if this condition about getting rid of a guy might make me look immature or extreme.

So do you guys think it would be out of line for me to request that this guy be moved to a different position if I accept the job? I guess I'm willing to show them the messages if it comes to that. My other condition I've already named, that has been accepted, was that I wouldn't have to answer to one of the psychopath managers that screwed me over in the past. If they were cool enough to accept that condition, maybe they'd consider this one as well.

Majora's Mask is my favorite

The gameboy games are all A++. You can't go wrong with any of them.

I just counted over 50 games in my Steam Library that I've either never played, or only played like the first part of the game.

I tried not to count games that came as packaged deals with other purchases I'd made. I maybe accidentally counted a few, but still, that number surprised me.

The movie starts with one plot, and ends with another. The movie doesn't have a plot twist, so much as a change of plots mid-way through.

Thing is, they already spoiled the "plot twist" in the trailer.

Fun fact, they're all just different iterations of the same tune.

There is literally no universe where Twilight Princess or Skyward Sword were better than Majora's Mask.

That's the game that inspired me to make this topic, because the player spends more time doing side quests than the main quests. But no, you are required to progress through the game's main story to get to the end.

You need 70 stars to get to the end without glitches
And the only things you get that "power you up" are the hats, and they're not useable against any of the Bowser fights.

Like Breath of the Wild, where you can fight the final boss as soon as you're ready, but there is no main quests. Just a lot of quests or things to find and upgrade your character with, but no true main story quest, so that each person's play through is truly unique and their own story.

Sure, if Christianity were real, I'd convert to it for a quarter mil. Then I get all the privileges and benefits that come with being a Christian in America as well. Even though there are parts of the Bible I dislike.

How come all the things that you believed were taking your freedom away, ended when we have a democrat president in office?
