I feel like it works different when it's a woman or man. One's history is way worse and women have a way higher chance of being the abused rather than the abuser. It's only a thing for us because we don't actually feel threatened. As a man, if I was into men, I wouldn't want that at all.

I don't mind someone being kind of mean if they don't mind me giggling and taking it playfully. It's really hard to get me to take something personal. As long as she's not being mean while doing other stuff that is unnecessarily difficult. Like leaving shit everywhere and being mean when I ask her not to.

The sleep really really really helped. The only symptom I have now is a phlegmatic cough and runny nose. Yesterday I felt like I was going to die.

Working from home this week. Still sucks but being at the office would definitely be worse

Pumped myself full of fever reducer and took a lukewarm bath. Was able to sleep soundly for 5 hours.

My fever broke and almost all my symptoms are gone except a sore throat

Im not going to try and play this record note per note because it wasnt recorded as that kind of record. Theres a bit of shit being done on the fly and it should remain that way.

Currently the plan is to play the whole record in sequence, which is honestly something I always swore I wouldnt do. Were going to try and do that, and if I find that its just too tedious to play the exact same order night after night, we wont do it. Problem is, its the right way to play it. When we made the record, I spent a fuck ton of time figuring which song should go after the next one. I dont know if it should be up to me at this point to disrupt that ecosystem

You will feel so much better when you lose and lose.

The best feeling of all is when you go a few days straight of eating at a caloric defecit(in my case 1,500-2,000 a day) andc you don't feel constant bloat because your body has time to actually process a normal amount of food. You don't feel as fat.

I feel like if most people(who are overweight) just went 5 straight days eating a similar number of calories they would realize just how good it feels to not constantly have a stomach full of food.

Yeah Im feeling good! Im a bit afraid of next week, as Ill be visiting both my family and my gfs family for a few days, and they both cook with a lot of butter/oil, and will probably want to eat out at least once or twice.

Been trying to lose for a while, but got more serious about it starting in July.

Ive lost 30lbs since January, 25lbs since July.

today my BMI dropped below 40, and so Im no longer Class 3 obese. Obviously Class 2 isnt a much better place to be and bmi isnt perfect blah blah blah. But Im getting there!
