I liked it up until the 100% guide I was following neglected to mention a necessary Comm Sphere scene in Kilika and I didn't want to redo a whole chapter to remedy it.

I'm getting too old to be a Pokemon Trainer. Shit sounds exhausting.

Gimme magic or something that just makes my life significantly more convenient.

Holy shit, I got my first 2/3 Dordle result, and with today's words no less.

But I spent hours working on a notepad file trying to perfectly marry/best friend every Hoshidan to a Nohrian in a way that would have no class overlap for them or their children, and I never got to use it. :(

Wait are patches not able to be downloaded either? I thought it was just the shop that was shutting down.

Another reminder is FE Fates paths must be downloaded by the end of February - a month before everything else.

Oh this is good to know. Playing Engage now and it makes me miss some of Fates' mechanics (I liked pair up and how it handled classes/learning skills). Think I might actually go back and buy Revelations.

I also still need to download Pokemon Bank.

I did the beginner's challenge run. I can see how it has potential, and they really put in a lot of different emblems to potentially make each run different. It's also nice seeing a new purpose for all the heroes. Unfortunately I've just already moved on from the game, so I don't see myself putting much time or effort into it.

DLC in a few hours.

I had a lot of fun with it for awhile, but I got worn out on it and never finished it. Too little story focus and I got tired of navigating the confusing layout in the third area. Hearing that the next area was apparently a rather frustrating dungeon probably didn't help matters. The bosses also felt too tanky and each one just felt like a war of attrition, with the biggest threat being running out of MP items. Overall I ended up being pretty disappointed. I much preferred 4 and 4A.

Dordle killed me the other day when it had WAGES. Just extra plural BS on top of the usual Dordle BS with its word selection so I don't feel bad about missing when playing that. Though you really didn't guess a D and an H earlier? I only had TJV left.

I had guessed D before, and then my last three guesses were T, H, and V. J was the last one left, so just bad luck.

Right now all the DLC is integrated into the game as maps and gear. The actual expansion isn't until Wave 4.

But you can't buy waves seperately, so it's all or nothing.

Personally I think it will be worth it in the long run, but if you don't know if you're gonna be into it yet it won't hurt to wait. Other than some good weapons for chaprer 4 (seriously, if you upgrade them as you play the game gradually, they are endgame viable), you can't access anything else from the DLC until beating chapter 5.

If you're talking about the free steel weapons, you get those whether you have the DLC or not.
