People relate to that and root for an underdog. Ok I had no idea this scene existsThe game has a barely utlized "Affection" meter where different characters like Tidus more if he does things for them (like throwing healing items on them or agree with them in dialogue) There's a couple of alternateive scenes. This one is either Rikku or Lulu or Guadosalam And on the Jet Ski there's 4 different conversations Also which girl throughs the ball in Blitz Ace And one character will have a final line near the end of the game For most players this ends up being Lulu since Rikku only just rejoins the party before this and Lulu is exetremely useful in early game. You pretty much have to put work in to make it not the Lulu cutscenes It's not a bad mechanic TBH but it's weird how little it's used. Your daughter's relationship is getting pretty serious, they're considering moving in together so she's invited her partner over for dinner to introduce them to you. She told you that her partner is a great warrior so you're expecting to see Wolf from UK Gladiators or something. Instead your jaw nearly hits the floor when you open the door and see Mokujin standing there, sorting out his hair that doesn't exist. "Oh he's here! Daddy, meet my Mocky-wocky" your daughters says while hugging Mokujin and kissing him on the cheek. Every time you see Mokujin he's acting differently, sometimes effiminate, sometimes has a big wooden sword or dagger, sometimes doing capoeira. The English voice cast was given no real direction. Just lines on paper. So it turned out to be maybe the worst English dub in a video game ever.it's possible obviously but everyone else sounded fine. I'm intestested to hear a Japanese person chime in on she sounds in the Japanese dub. It's still cheesy as fuck because it's RE4 yet the cheesy dialogue is gone and while 80% of the stupidest parts of RE4 have been remade to be less stupid... The other 20% are just as fucking stupid as ever. There is definately some split personality in there. RE4 knew what it wanted to be, the RE4make seems confused. It removed 7% if that and the stuff they removed aren't exactly the highlight real Honestly while I'm not fond of remakes removing stuff, I'm not torn up over any of these. I don't think the remake would be improved if they were inserted. Most of what was removed was the shitty QTEs (thank christ) and the cheesy dialogue.
