I think it's more last season was a clear regression, and he's freakin 39. It's more anticipatory than realized and I don't think that's unfair.

honestly the same could have been said after Brady's last season in New England, except he was even older. In fact im pretty sure it was said

Buy a bunch of Hama beads (or Perler seems to be the more common make in the US, as far as I can tell), find some fanmade (or official if they exist) low-res sprites of your favourite characters, and make your own merch.

My room is covered in 8- and 16- bit style sprites of everyone from Link and Mario to Persona 3 FeMC and the cast of Arkham Horror.

IX is the worst mainline game
XIII and XV are top 5, VII is not top 5
VII Remake is a bad game
The PS1 games are extremely overrated. The SNES trio are better as a group and X, XII, XIII, and XV are all better than any of the PS1 games
Snow is a top 2 character

RBY are easily the worst games in the series and basically unplayable in 2023
GSC aren't very good either
SV are far and away the best mainline games and Arceus is better than all the other mainline games
Gen 5 has the best Pokemon. Gen 1 is pretty mid overall
SwSh are pretty good

I think people also pay more attention to the context around stats now then in the past since the information is more readily available. Plus it kind of felt inevitable for a long time
