Even these examples are kinda annoying though imo. Tyranitar is endgame, legendaries were a pain to catch without Master Ball and difficult to find, Crobat was annoying to evolve, 4 of those needed to be traded (hard when you don't have friends), Heracross was a pain to find, Houndoom is late game. You could certainly get them and other cool Johto pokemon too, but why so difficult?

And beating the final boss like 200 times because someone told me he drops Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon.

I always use my parking brake. Was a source of embarrassment back when I took my license test. She had me parallel park, which I did awkwardly and hit the curb. Then I reflexively used the parking brake and forgot I did, and it took me a second to figure out why I was having so much trouble leaving again. Can't believe I passed tbh.

I never understood why people treat it as a negative that you can break the game. If it's a bad thing to you, then ... don't. You can set your stats wherever you want, you're making the choice to do something that lessens your experience.

I kinda liked the ability to tinker with my stats, so I could control the difficulty.
