Fox apparently tried an 11th hour settlement Sunday night, but Dominion didn't bite.

I'm glad they want to see it through, but that settlement offer was probably YUGE.

Fox has been lying since day one basically.

$1.6 billion huh? What a fitting number.

Legal term that for the most part means they knew ahead of time what they were saying was false before they said it and dominion has tons of evidence for that.

Fox will pay a fine/settlement which will be like coins found under couch cushions to them and will go on being fascist propaganda.

A call in number for what?

• The judge has previously ruled that it's crystal clear that Fox News lied about Dominion. I believe all Dominion will have to prove is whether Fox News lied with malice or reckless disregard for the truth.
• From what Dominion has leaked from discovery and what is known about Sean Hannity's pre-trial deposition, Dominion has an extremely strong case to prove malice and/or reckless disregard for the truth.
• Former Fox News director Abby Grossberg will testify for Dominion. Allegedly, she was intimidated and coerced by Fox News lawyers into giving false testimony in her deposition for this lawsuit. She also says Fox News lawyers deleted evidence from her phone that would have been damaging to Fox News when they collected her phone in the discovery process. She recently found an old phone with a few more recordings that wasn't turned over because she forgot about it at the time.

I thought people last year were saying this guy was like Trump but scarier because he is more strategic and intelligent.

I pay a lot of taxes to my state. Why not Disney?

1. Disney does pay taxes to Florida.
2. You don't pay taxes as a consequence of the first amendment.

• The Warriors go up 3-1 in the finals, and pretty much everyone assumes the series is done. No team had ever come back from 3-1 in the NBA finals to win.
• The Cavs win the next 2 games to force a game 7
• Iguodala to Curry, back to Iguodala, UP FOR THE LAYUP! OOOHHH, BLOCKED BY JAMES!

What purpose does this serve?

I had AT&T internet for a few years. The internet itself sucked but even worse was when I moved out of state to an area they didn't have service. That was the reason I gave when I initially cancelled the service. For about a month after that I got multiple calls per week asking why I cancelled.

These assholes don't talk to each other or have any kind of central log to look at before talking to you.

Sounds like all the huge telecom companies. They all play the phone game between each other.
