If I do, I am scum who is scared big bad Lopen is on to me and was scared into posting. Then when I get mislynched. Lopen proclaims to the world that he did a great service to mafiakind by getting Corrik to finally participate as town because you knew I was Town all along, but I was being worthless. I feel weird about Lopen. Part of me feels that his "play nice" attitude is a nice handwave/excuse to hide being scum when his known town play (at least as told to me, and from what I experienced) is more.

Listen I don't know what you want. I feel like I've had more fangy games than this as scum and town alike recently-- Lopen fangs are not a towntell and lack thereof (kinda? I think I'm being a bit pushy about Corrik atm) is an earnest attempt to "play nice" and not an excuse. People are people more than alignments.

I'm saying we should lynch Corrik. I've laid out my argument. I do not think town Corrik plays like this-- when he's low activity he at least does SOMETHING. I think it is an overcorrection of last game because he basically buried himself as scum there from doing TOO MUCH. You should only unvote if you're sure he's town doing something. If you're not sure or think he might be scum then get him.

When you're proving that he doesn't need to do that by moving votes off based on nothing but seeing another car to chase.

Corrik just had a game as scum where he basically got himself killed by posting too much-- re-evaluating his gameplan and makes more sense than thinking this is a good way to play as town.

Okay so first of all that's not what I was saying about Plum at all. I was saying pressure on Plum is just going to make him trip over himself and appear scummy in his defense or lack thereof of himself regardless of whether he's town or scum, so you should only pressure him if you're actually sure he's scum, and I was not convinced he was scum. He is also a completely different game than Corrik-- plum is currently engaging with the game, Corrik is not. There is no reason to pressure someone who is playing the game unless you want something out of them, think pressure will cause them to "slip", or genuinely suspect them. Corrik I do genuinely suspect at some level at this point and am not just policy voting for a terrorist.

Now secondly on a conceptual level double standards for different players and situations is entirely ok. You base standards on how players are going to react to scenarios and their current gameplay.

This seriously feels like you're trying to stretch to rationalize a vote on me more than trying to earnestly understand my thought process. There are reasons to do that as town and perhaps you did genuinely misunderstand rather than trying to misrepresent what I was saying, but I'm definitely more open to specialing you than I was earlier.

I don't expect you to agree but I do think Corrik is less impervious than he lets off.

I refuse to believe in past games I correctly guessed his night actions multiple times but for completely the wrong reasons every time.

The truly impervious would concede defeat once in a while. There is a certain vulnerability showing there.

The Plummoxing is being treated like a joke but I could see a scum Corrik faced down with plum and I as town actually respecting it, if for no other reason than I was as one with Plum last game and while I know Corrik doesn't respect my solving skills very much I do believe he does respect my ability to make a lot of noise so he could definitely be a bit on edge about that.

That's why red was on my suspect list-- his offhand dismissal of it as making any sense at all seems like the type of thing scum red does as a passive defense. I'm not saying it's a slam dunk that he has to be scum but it would make some sense.

It's not even low hanging fruit. We're so good at mafia.

Pay attention to sbell tomorrow. It's somewhat unreasonable to expect him to do well with a headache. But it's also unlikely that it would stay overnight.
