I also didnt really get why Namor jumped from we want to hide under the ocean to lets destroy everything. They have Vibranium and he constantly stated Talokan was far stronger than even Wakonda. Why would he even care about the humans.

Vibranium is what makes them strong, and they consider the underwater Vibranium to be theirs. So long as the humans couldnt detect Vibranium or only knew of its existence in Wakanda, then Talokan would remain hidden and safe. But humans are bound to be treacherous, and will try to ransack other countries for their natural resources (which was the why a covert mission attempted to steal Vibranium from Wakanda near the start of the movie - to get that point across).

Once humanity invented a means to detect Vibranium, it became a game changer. Humanity would eventually discover Talokan and come for their Vibranium. This is the thought process of Namor, and why he wanted to suddenly lead a preemptive war against humanity.

I just saw it in an empty theater. First time Ive ever seen a movie by myself in a theater, and it was for what will surely be the biggest movie this weekend by far.

I had the day off, and during the times I wanted to see it, my theater had showings at 3:00, 3:15, 3:20, 3:30, and 3:45. Maybe it was just because it was at an odd time that wasnt on a quarter hour, but the 3:20 show was empty except for me, while the other showings were basically sold out. Weird as hell.

Anyway, good movie. Very long, but it used the time very well to really build the characters and tell a good story (unlike The Batman, IMO, which was about as long, but felt like it could have been greatly reduced in time). It also felt like they developed a lot for future films and Avengers movies.

Oh, and the Marvel animation to start the movie with nothing but Bossman scenes was fantastic. Gave me goosebumps.

When i first got FF7 on PS1, I made it to the final disc twice with my memory card deleting both times somehow. Had to play it 3 times to beat it.

Before I joined gamefaqs, Id hang out in AOL chat rooms. Do those still exist?

Almost every year in each league, theres one person with a great team but has a bad record due to bad luck, and a bad team that has a great record due to good luck. Its a miserable feeling to be the former (me last year, and there is definitely someone else in that position in my league this year).

Got mine about 2-3 months ago. Its good. Cooking things a bit crisper and quicker than the oven.

I just got a 7 months for free. Only shows Ive even heard about are Ted Lasso (recommended to me a bunch) and the Morning Show (dont really know if its good).

What should I watch?

Honesty. Its kind of the unspoken rule of trick r treating is you take a little and leave the rest for the next person. Its like blaming someone for having their packages stolen because you were at work when it happened. Not very good values being set here.

Ive never heard of a single instance where someone leaves a bowl out and someone doesnt take the whole bowl.

Most will follow the rules, but like 10-20% of all kids will take the bowl. Some its bound to happen. Kids are little shits.

This burger is barely hot. Tastes good, but something like hot sauce from Taco Bell is hotter.

I just tried it this weekend. It tastes good, but it really isnt very hot at all.

The biggest issues would be

1) The spiders that are already in your house when the rule goes into effect. Because there are likely dozens/hundreds of them in the walls. And for people saying easier to kill, I imagine it would be like trying to kill a corgi at this point. You arent using a newspaper or Kleenex to do it, you need to be brutal. And then you have a bunch of rotting corpses to deal with.

2) After the initial growths occur, theyd probably only survive in rural areas, or forest preserves. Theyd be killed en masse within populated areas. So now, as others have said, the problem is the other insects that spiders arent killing. Ecosystem would be outta whack for a good while.

Considering how much shit went down in an exhibition fight, Id think she could probably successfully sue the boxing commission, Ivan Drago, several media outlets, and maybe even Rocky (although those last two might be tougher):

The ref doesnt do his part to stop the assault at any part in the 1st round

At one point, Drago hip tosses Apollo across the ring and the ref does nothing about it

Drago continues to throw power punches at Apollo for like 5 seconds after the bell rings

Again, the ref fails to do anything for much of the 2nd round, as Apollo lies limply against the ropes getting pummeled

When the ref does finally try to get between them, Drago physically throws the ref aside and continues to beat Apollo, this time literally to death

Rocky never throws the towel in when its clear he should, as Duke is begging him to do so

As Apollo is dying and convulsing in the middle of the ring, media storm the ring and surround him - so if there are any medics on site (none are ever seen), they do not have access to Apollo. Drago is even able to give an entire post fight interview in the ring, all the while Apollo receives zero medical attention.
