It's kinda lame how she recovered from paralysis. I feel like we had enough "able bodied ass kickers" in the Bat Family. Did we really need to get rid of the one cool person who was a crucial member of the team regardless of whether or not she could walk?

I've started it recently but was a bit disappointed. The shooting and melee combat are janky af. I understand that the main focus was the powers, but at the time I wasn't using pressure sensitive controller so I didn't get to fully experience it. I'ma give it another shot with proper controller

Admittedly, I haven't played it since the old days. The controls probably haven't aged like they ought to, but I just remember how insane it felt back when I played it. Sadly, I never owned it. It was something I rented several times from Blockbuster.

It was amazing. The physics were outstanding, and the particle effects were nuts for their day. The crates could burn 'realistically,' you could stack crates, stand on them to float around, throw enemies into railings and walls, etc.

It even had a playground mode with crates and spawnable enemies to experiment with. I put a lot of hours into the game when it came out.

I never knew the full story. That's so sad.

No, he definitely went back to rescue Jesse in particular because he cared about Jesse. He took care of all the other loose ends before hand, sure, but his final goal was to save Jesse once he knew his family would be cared for.

Skyler is the worst character, but Walt is the worst person.

There are people who do worse things than Walt. Beating friends to death, killing kids, etc, but Walt is the worst because he should know better.

He never had to do any of the shit he did. His ego drove him to do increasingly more absurd shit. We're shown he still has something of a heart because he went back to rescue Jesse, but that just makes his crazy shit even worse... because he still had a conscience, and his conscience was okay with all the other shit he did up to that point.

Meh. Not my type.

Super Skrull is the only Pool 3 card I'm missing and it's killing me right now...

I snagged him as my one free seasonal card. Haven't used him in a deck yet, but I've thought about it.

I think the real X-factor for why people love it is Midna. She accomplished what most other Zelda companions couldn't: people actually liked her and wanted her to be there. Her heavy involvement in the story also made it feel more like a journey of two characters, instead of just "Link and his NPC exposition dump"

The pacing of TP is a bit sluggish on a second play through, but on the first run it felt that much more like an actual story because of the time it took to establish itself.

Twilight Princess dungeons are all goated, so while it takes awhile to get going, the payoff is amazing

The snow mansion is probably my favorite setting for a dungeon ever. It's so different.

It does matter. Sometimes dumb choices get retconned because they're unpopular. Look at the final season of Roseanne. Look at the ending of Days of Future Past. Look at almost every comic book death in history.

A lot of people outright refuse to acknowledge the ending of Game of Thrones.

Look at how JK Rowling gets laughed off every time she tries to add weird new details to Harry Potter after the fact.

It's a common thing, and audiences don't accept it.

Nobody would acknowledge it as canon.

TP has awesome atmosphere and a major focus on story. It has a slower opening than a typical Zelda, but I don't think that's a bad thing.
