Remember that the sale doesn't begin until the 22nd, so take this extra time to come up with some preliminary gift packages or to reach out to other users or do research into their giftee to get a better idea of what to do. This is also now the time for anyone to clean up their wishlist by reordering and/or removing games.

I also want to reiterate that because we are a global community, there could be some issues into regional price differences. While it is a pain, I suggest that you find a game or combination of games that are not flagged in that manner, but if there is a game or games that you are deadset on giving and have issues completing the transaction, please let us know, and I'm sure someone can step up to help.

Also, some users like to buy their gifts early have it set up so their gifts are sent to the recepient on Christmas Eve or Day. As such, I hope that everyone can show some restraint in making purchases for themselves during the sale until they receive their gift(s) as a courtesy to their secret santa.

Between this and the first post, I think that covers everything.

Hard deadline will be within the hour as I plan to draw and send out PMs before going to bed.

There have been multiple years when someone didn't send out gifts until a day or two after Christmas, and while the idea is to send them out no later than Christmas, the important thing is that they were eventually sent out. I'm not going to blacklist you from future years or anything if it turns out you can't send them out until just after Christmas. At least you are upfront about the possibility.

Time is running out to sign up before the soft deadline. I want to give MZero a little bit of time to decide what they would like to do, so if they don't respond by the deadline, I will probably not draw until after I wake up tomorrow. Ah okay, thanks for the clarification. I was confused as to why a secret santa would need to speak to another user here regarding gifts, and one that is also participating in this with the reverse not applying to them (though it sounds like it should?).

I started Hob but didn't get too far as I started it just before going to bed, and I didn't want to feel overwhelmed with the lack of direction.

I also started Murasaki. I finished the first stage and thought that I could do this. Then I started the second stage and got wrecked immediately multiple times. This was also late at night, so maybe I can figure out what I did wrong with a fresher mind.

Yeah, I love Codemasters and played ONRUSH back in 2019 or 20 for Xbox and bought it again on PSN when it was on sale for a couple bucks. I played it in the fall because I heard servers were being shut down and didn't know how that would affect me on the future, so I decided to just go through it all again.

Comeback Player of the Year

Packers QB Tim Tebow

The longtime Jaguar was notorious for seeing his efficiency and effectiveness drop season after season until the very patient Jags management decided enough was enough. As a free agent for the first time at the age of 32, Tebow went unsigned until a devastating injury to Packers starter Tyrod Taylor left them in need of someone new. Their entire offense was built around Taylor, and Tebow wasn't like him at all. Skeptical of their fit, Tebow ended up being far better than anyone could have hoped as he was one of five qualified QBs to finish with an 80+ passer rating (80.3), and his 2287 yards, 16 TDs, and 60.5% completion helped the team work around HB injuries to an unexpected 11-5 record and a first round bye.

Rams RT Winston Justice

The Rams finally broke through in S16, but Winston had little to do with that as he only started four games due to injury that season. After losing multiple starters due to retirement and another in-season due to injury in what was normally a unit that gave up too many sacks, Justice, the former #1 overall pick of the Falcons, had one of his finest seasons yet at the age of 37 as his 56 blocks vs 4 sacks allowed easily led the team as they allowed the 7th fewest sacks and ultimately finish with the league's best record at 13-3.

Pioneers LOLB Jatavis Brown

The Pioneers were a mess on defense last season thanks to always having multiple starting LBs out any given week. With the offense being the injured side this season, Brown looked to improve upon his 35 tackles and 2 sacks in limited time last season to help keep the Pioneers in contention. Thanks in part to Brown's career highs in tackles (83), sacks (5), and FFs+FRs (5), the Pioneers elite defense helped them end the season on a five-game winning streak and their first winning record since their SB-winning S14.

Titans CB Artie Burns

Due to injuries and being buried on the depth chart, the former 2nd rounder Burns hadn't played a snap since his rookie season of S14. Playing under his RFA tender, he looks to get paid as he set career highs in INTs (5) while recording the first sack and FF in his career as he helped the Titans defense finish with the most INTs in the league.

Lions P Ty Long

Long was quite literally the worst punter in the league last season finishing dead last in gross and net average (41.0 and 30.7 respectively). All he managed to do this season was completely flip it around and finish 1st in the league in both categories (46.1 and 36.4) while pinning a whopping 41 punts inside his opp. 20 yard line as he hopes to be named the Punter of the Year.

Breakout Player of the Year

Orcas QB Jameis Winston

A former 39th overall pick, Winston was a quality, if seldom-used, backup for the first six seasons of his career with the Vikings and Orcas before management in San Juan decided to override the QB battle results and hand the keys to Jameis. He responded by leading the league in passer rating and +10 TD/INT (24 to 14) ratio as he helped the Orcas offense rise from 16th to 7th in yards and 2nd in scoring even as HB injuries led to four different starters at the position (with none starting more than five games).

Buccaneers HB Knile Davis

A former 3rd round pick by the Jets, Davis was signed as an end-of-free agency roster hole filler after he failed to land on a team the previous three seasons. The Bucs had let Matt Forte walk and were ready to hand the job to their #2 overall pick from a season ago in Alvin Kamara. Davis, in his 8th season, surprisingly won the battle and management led it ride. Davis responded by finishing 6th in rushing (1581 yards), T-6th in rushing YPC (4.3), and only fumbled once as he helped the Bucs finish 7th in rushing en route to their first non-losing season since S12.

Falcons RT Dusty Swain

A seldom-used backup, the former 6th rounder by the Bengals was called to start 11 games for injured superstar Tony Ugoh. Instead of everything falling to pieces, Swain provided 60 blocks vs 5 sacks allowed as he helped HB David Johnson lead the league in rushing yards per game and rushing YPC, the Falcons to the #6 offense in the league, and the team to a 9-7 record and narrowly missing out on the playoffs.

Express DT Vernon Butler

Staying on the Express train, Butler was coming off of a rookie season as a rotational DT where he only managed 9 tackles. With Amobi Okoye's departue, he left vacant starting role. Butler won the job over Dana Dorsey and managed 38 tackles, a team-leading 10 sacks, 1 FF, and 2 FRs as he helped lock down the Express D in the second half of the season as the Express snagged a wild card spot.

Rams SS R.J. Schwartz

Backup SSs get a lot of playing time on defense and special teams, so a great number of teams get quality production from the spot. The Rams had been one of them with Schwartz' predecessor Skip McGrath nabbing what is currently the second-biggest contract for a SS in free agency. Schwartz did not follow up on the greatness of McGrath putting up just 13 tackles, a sack, and an INT with an elite defense like the Rams. His second season though has put him in rare air as a backup at any position slated to make the Pro Bowl. His 10 combined sacks and INTs (4 and 6 respectively) strictly as a backup were six more than any other backup and third overall among all defense players (OLBs Bradley Chubb and Markus Golden led with 12).
