If you snap turn 5 after both players have locked in you can't retreat turn 6 unless your opponent snaps.

It's a bit annoying. Basically the mechanics are such that

1. If you snap, you can't retreat unless your opponent snaps.
2. If you snap after both players have locked in on a turn (just before or during card flips), it counts as a snap on the next turn.

In a vacuum these both make sense but it's an unfortunate interaction.

I legitimately don't even know how disable works in a real-time environment if used on something that isn't a Pokmon, a spellcaster, or some fighting game character

I'm saying a normal sized 300% better reflexes DK would have a lot more dodging cred than a giant sized 300% reflex DK

Te reflex and speed boost just make it so the giant size isn't a huge hindrance in that regard tbh.

Raiden's sword pretty much cuts through DK like butter. Blade mode is pretty much a gratuitous display of cutting various metal things that are thicker than ape hide.

Size would just mean he has to cut through more but when its going through that easily yeah if anything the size is a disadvantage here as it becomes harder to argue DK dodging stuff.

Straight durability you might be able to argue DK's hide becomes tougher or something and that he isn't just melted by it.

The one parameter that would matter here (durability) has not been buffed

Strong agree with this. I think he needs a drawback of some sort. Even something minor like giving your cards in hand -2 power

Robo's shock tech should be all you need if the other spells being literally called Lightning isn't enough for you. The enemies weak/resistant to it profile more as it being lightning too.

It's probably called heaven because the lightning strikes from the sky. Not because it's literally holy energy.

Overall probably a downgrade for Crono's fighting ability. Doubt Crono's body type and weapon play all that well with Tusk's brute force two handed sword style. Also loses the ability to cast magic. He's not worthless I'm sure he can do alright using his katana like a larger sword but definitely a downgrade.

I have noticed the same abilities being used both weeks in multiple matches
I talked to merc leader greengravy294 and he said this is a result of the "AP System"

If literally every match with Crono is going to have a dual tech and every match with Leon is gonna have a removed limb it kinda homogenizes the matches and perverts the reason to buy a merc in the first place in the case of abilities that have more creative license. I don't want Leon I just want a dude who removes dominant limbs every week (something Leon isnt exactly known for). You know?

I get along with Crescent fine until she starts gaslighting me for playing the game the same way I play with everyone else.

She will be generally be none the wiser of the deception, and will genuinely believe she is being given helpful advice from a reliable source, although she still won't do anything obviously incorrect, nonsensical, or out of character just because Liquid says so.

So it's not literally Adam. Its a mentor she considers helpful/reliable.

Liquid just has to make her make a couple of wrong turns and the speed run fails. It doesn't have to be anything obviously incorrect or nonsensical, Shadow Moses is big.
