And even if it is replaced by something else in 5 years (I doubt it) that's 5 years to learn other skills, get more certs (which the employer may pay for/or could be written off), build a resume and move on to something better. I'm above average but really just know the basics. Not looking for a new gig because I work for myself. As someone else said ITT, the cert will get you a look.
