My guess is that he has only a passing familiarity with the series, so he didn't know which series it was until the last picture. He knew MGS2 and MGS3 are the only ones on the PS2 and that MGS3 is set in a jungle, so he went with MGS2.

I googled it. Metal crowns for dogs are common. Ceramic or porcelain crowns exist, but they're not considered a great idea because they're more prone to breaking and chipping and they require more of the underlying tooth to be removed. For a police dog who'd presumably be biting down fairly hard on a routine basis, it seems like it'd just be idiotic to get ceramic crowns.

Fuck the police and all that, but I don't think they were being dicks with this post. Like someone else said, I don't think it'd even be that different if the dog mauling you has metal teeth instead of real ones.

Hate's probably too strong of a word, but I've just not really played a lot of games I disliked.

The Nanny, King of Queens, and Everybody Loves Raymond take place in the same universe. Ray and Fran attended the same high school (in the show and in real life) and ELR directly crosses over with King of Queens.

Interestingly, this means the fictional band Spinal Tap is also in that universe. Fran Drescher plays a character named Bobbi Fleckman in This Is Spinal Tap and reprises the role in an episode of The Nanny.

Nothing wacky happened if that's what you're asking. They revived Fearne and Orym, but they were out of spell slots and/or diamonds, so Laudna stayed dead.

It's weird how much of the CR fanbase absolutely detests that the cast uses baseline resurrection spells lol. Death just isn't that big of a deal in D&D past a certain level. Matt's ritual homebrew makes it way more threatening than normal D&D.

Elden Ring has sold 16.5 million and hasn't even had a holiday season of sales yet. It's ridiculously popular.

I know it sold a lot, but I'm just curious what percentage of those who bought it actually enjoyed it and how many got bodied by the Tree Sentinel and gave up.

Like I said though, I just give the edge to GoW. I wouldn't be surprised if Elden Ring takes it instead.

I think game critics are overall pretty predictable honestly lol. Elden Ring is a game that successfully transitioned to open world using the roots of an already acclaimed series. It's the makings of a game that'll dominate awards even if people are gonna argue that Elden Ring has a lot more flaws or whatever.

I think you are underrating the role the story will play. The story in the first one is excellent, there's no reason to expect it'll be any different in the sequel. Elden Ring's story is actually pretty fun, but you have to work for it.

I dunno how popular it is among the general public either, though I know it's far more popular than any of the other Souls games.

That said, I'm not dying on this hill. It could easily go either way. I just give the slightest edge to GoW.

I don't think Ragnarok will be a big enough leap over GOW2018 or different enough to win over Elden Ring.

The biggest issue in the first one was just enemy/boss variety. Going by the trailer, they already fixed that.

And there's just no way you don't get Mjolnir.

I took a glance at them when I bought mine just because the white color is so garbage.

Turns out real people don't have hair that bright red without using extensive hair dye, and doing that would just be very jarring and distracting.

Also the shots we have so far is her underwater which is going to be darker.

Nah, that's baloney. She was "looking rough" even with most of the party dealing no/incidental damage to her. Add in the potential of NPC help from the bounty hunter who had previously shown to have multi attack protection? Would've been a standard fight. It was definitely winnable, they were just understandably spooked when Ashton went down and she also rolled really well.

I googled it a bit when I saw the trailer the other day, it's apparently fairly wild. Feels weird to spoilermark real events but. The bad guy in the movie kidnapped the couple's daughter twice. The couple was so manipulated by him that they kept giving him access to their daughter and didn't press charges after the first one. The real kicker is that he apparently had an affair with both the mother and the father.

This one is objectively awful, but I like it for some reason anyway.
