RetroArch is a lot more easy to use now than it was when I tried it years ago (testing out new goodies on a brand new smartphone I got )

anyway, yes, cloud saving is supported if you get the version from the Steam store

Microsoft Office is an overpriced scam, and for personal use (otherwise it'd probably be provided by work anyway) it's better to just stick with Google Docs or LibreOffice
