Story is ok, but the gameplay is phenomenal and the open world works sooo good in Halo. Also the story is way better than Halo 5's dog shit plot fyi Multiplayer gameplay is good, but there is very minimal stuff to do. The battle pass system sucks, only a few modes to play, most of the core Halo multiplayer game types are still absent. I played it for a few days before I was done. Really sucks because the gameplay is the best its been since Halo 3, but even Halo 2 launched with way more content than this. The player population has gone down like 98% already. The game definitely needed another year in the oven, but its better than Halo 4 and 5. --- Hello world! |

Our RDA is for 0.8g/kg of protein, which is 56g for an average 160lb male adult. That 4oz steak alone is over half the recommended amount, and again it is riddled with saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, antibiotics and more. Vegans are not slamming down 5 cans of beans daily as their only food because there is more to nutrition than protein, which is actually the least important nutrient for an adult human. Plant foods have amino acid profiles like leucine and methionine in lower amounts, so that we are getting the correct amount our physiology intended, so that we aren't overwhelming our bodies and triggering abnormal growths and tumors to form (re: methionine restriction extends life, BCAAs are used by cancers to speed growth, etc). I balance my protein intake probably 40% from chicken breasts, 40% from tilapia/cod, 20% from beef. Beef just isn't as bad as people in this topic think, and can be part of a healthy diet. If the goal is to improve the average American's diet, there are much bigger things to worry about. Also gonna need some sort of evidence that Protein is actually the least important nutrient, when all the literature I have found tends to argue that it is actually the most important. Especially if someone is trying to change their diet to lower their caloric intake and eat healthy, high protein can help a ton for satiation. --- Hello world! |

To us, he is just an actor reading his lines in a play, totally stuck. The comic nor the movie directly spell out what happens w/ the cancer or Silk Spectre 2. He most likely falls for Laurie because she is young, he is forever 30 years old, and at that point he still had some human nature left in him. Its a deconstruction of what it would be like if someone actually had crazy super powers and lived forever, a man probably would drop his wife as she aged and he didn't, humans are cruel like that. The cancer stuff was never to convince Jon that he was giving people cancer, it was to convince the public and turn them against him. The ending of the comic and the movie is pretty much identical, at least as far as consequences go. The show on HBO was pretty good, it is a sequel to the comic that takes place 30 years later. They did a great job capturing the feel of the comic in the writing and dialogue, but tackling totally different issues. However the plot is very meh in my opinion, shits on a lot of old characters, and the ending is just like "Really? That's it?" --- Hello world! |
