Again Im gonna say, unless your proposal here is that all children be on puberty blockers until whatever age it is they are old enough to figure out their gender, then what you are suggesting is that trans kids should be made to suffer because you are worried a few cis kids might accidentally get confused and undergo transition therapy that they later regret. If its really no big deal for trans kids to wait a few years, then cis kids can wait too.

The medical science is very firmly on the side of "Yes", but obviously that doesn't count for much these days.
I very much wish there had been more awareness of this issue in my youth, because the proper health and intervention would have saved me decades of depression, anxiety, and trauma. Not to mention it would have spared me from having these wide ass shoulders and a barrel chest that I'm stuck with now.
