In high school I was spending half the day at a vocational school.

My teacher/ handler at the time was this woman. One day her husband died suddenly of a bran aneurysm.

Not too long after that, she takes me out to her car, and tells me that I kinda remind her of him. She then tries to get me to take his clothes.

I thought that was kinda weird. I said like two words to this lady the entire time I was there.

There was another time before all that, where she told me, completely unprompted, that I have pretty eyes, and that they say a lot. IDK, it just seemed to be on the verge of inappropriate

In 2016 there was an incident and I got in therapy again, and it was the same deal. I pulled the plug on it.

I just couldn't function in school or social situations at all. I was better at it at a younger age, but it got worse as I got older.

In high school I ignored everybody and could go an entire day without saying one word to anybody at all.

People tried to be nice to me and engage me, but again I ignored it, and could even get hostile if they tried too hard. There was even a period where I lost some weight, and took better care of my appearance, and suddenly had girls trying to flirt with me, but I didn't care, and again ignored it.

I was in therapy a lot as a kid, but it never amounted to anything, because I refused to open up to any of them.

To this day I don't talk much and am very remote. I don't know why, but my natural inclinations compell me to be this way.

I'm 37 and have been a neet my entire adult life.

I guess I was deemed a hopeless case and put on SSDI directly out of high school. Never held a job at all.

I literally have no social contacts outside of my family. Everybody else is invisible to me.

It's not too bad, but I do feel a profound emptiness inside that can occasionally get to me. I'm mostly numb to it, though.

Spent a lot of time in therapy as a kid and it never did dick to help me or make my life better.

But If it works for you, more power to you.
