Idk about Texas but here a guy got arrested for open carrying in a Walmart. Open carry is legal here and at least back then (dunno about now) Walmart didn't forbid guns in the store. Guy got the charges dropped but still spent the night in jail over it.

Here in Arizona, they only added a no open carry sign at the entrance within the last 2 years or so

despite this, everyone still open carries at Walmart

It's all pretty bad, but DLC being part of almost every game now puts it ahead.

Why bother paying $60 for a game when it launches, when I can wait a few months for it to be discounted and pay the same amount for the game + all of its DLC?

This game even created it's own language that apparently was decipherable. This game's whole soundtrack could be praised. Just sucks the game itself couldn't be.
