She is an extreme diva with a crazy list of demands. When Russell Brand was trying to get sober she basically gave him a big "fuck you" with drinking and throwing parties around him despite, you know, that being a shitty thing to do to your significant other during that time. She's a fake bitch.

Or, Brand could have gone into rehab and gotten himself straight without being a drag and demanding everyone change their lifestyle to accommodate him. His problem isn't everyone around him's problem. Rehab isn't a license to hold everyone around you hostage to your shortcomings.

What he did is like a vegan agreeing to go to dinner at a steakhouse with a group and complaining the entire time instead of staying home. That's some passive aggressive bullshit right there.

Don't get me wrong, I think Brand is funny, but he's kind of a douchebag too.

As to Katy, she's easy on the eyes, her music isn't really my thing and the most interesting things I'm seeing about her are the MKULTRA/Monarch theories surrounding her recent meltdown.

point being, there were certain basic "Transformerisms" that we'd expect, and a core group of Autobots and Decepticons that were still practically mandatory given the franchise's existence prior to the films.

perhaps, but we already knew where literally every Ingress portal was that also became a pokestop or gym and had access to the Ingress Intel Map for the entire world to find where the likeliest portal dense areas are in areas with which we are unfamiliar.

most of our standing gear farms in Ingress are also pokestop-dense locations. also, areas typically rich in wild XM in Ingress will also be high spawn rate locations in PoGo. I assure you that as an Ingress player that any player from either Ingress faction that was lvl 8 or higher that had any interest in PoGo skipped 2/3 of the learning curve at the beginning. we already knew where every stop or gym was on our regular routes from day one, aside from the random Sprint sponsored portal which only existed on the PoGo side...

For instance, this is what the Newburgh NY waterfront area looks like in our vanilla Intel map:



At least 9/10 of those portals are either pokestops or gyms.

Now this is the area around Main St. In Beacon NY just across the Hudson River:





So on day one, while PoGo noobs were still struggling to find pokestops and gyms a few hundred meters at a time as they went, we Ingress players already had a near encyclopedic knowledge of where pokestops and gyms were very likely to be for a county or 2 in any given direction.

It's pretty simple. Pokemon go is based on Ingress' existing portal network. Any location dense with historical points of interest, statues, memorial plaques and the like is going to also have a great many pokestops and gyms. Those of us that played ingress when Pogo came out already had a pretty big advantage from the get go.

The funny thing is, I'm fairly neutral towards regular Sprite...but I tried peach for some reason on a whim a few days ago because I think it was too hot and I was still jittery from morning coffee and didn't want a caffeinated beverage. I've been addicted since then. Makes me wish it were a real retail product at this point.

Nobody gives a shit about With Teeth or Year Zero, not even Trent himself. I was at a live show in Hartford, CT that was on the very tail end of the tour for those albums. Trent opened with one song from each, then straight up apologized for those 2 and did nothing but material from The Fragile and earlier for the remainder of the show. Those albums were just slapped together half assed so Trent could get out of his 6 album contract.

I loved it atleast. I loved the two main singles The Hand that feeds and Only, and especially Home. Also Everyday is exactly the same.

Although I will admit it's definetly more poppy and radio friendly than the rest of his stuff. Fragile is still my favorite

Fragile really was a masterpiece, but PHM is always going to be my favorite NIN album.

A shot like that requires an extraordinary level of skill, but also, incredible luck. 10 seconds is literally an eternity in bullet time. Just catching the target still for that long or even leading 10 seconds is insane. At that distance you're just about looking at an over the horizon shot on flat ground.

I totally believe it happened, but at that distance it's equal parts skill and luck.

I've had people tell me they just couldn't get into Westworld, for example, and when they listed the reasons why, it became clear most of her issues stemmed from her binge watching it, when it's definitely more of a slow-burn show.

I've already read the book, there's nothing spoiler-y I don't already know.

Back in CT growing up a friend of mine had a CB rig in his car. The car also had a PA speaker hidden behind the grille. If we saw a jogger when we were driving around we'd shout something like "what are you running from!" Into the mic and then throw the mic on the floor and watch them look around with no idea what just happened. We startled a guy on a bicycle so badly one time that he got tangled up in a guardrail. It sounds so stupid now but it was funny as shit at the time.

although if you think about it, SMB2 creates some problems in the Mario timeline. ignoring that it was a reskinned Doki-Doki Panic!, the whole game takes place in one of Mario's dreams. all good and fine, but in later continuity enemies from that game like Birdo and Shyguy become part of the Mushroom Kingdom canon...
